Er was een onverklaarbare issue met de nitro lacquer op de neck van mijn Gibson J45 banner. Er werd goed meegedacht en het is naar volle tevredenheid opgelost. De garantie is helemaal waargemaakt.

Wachtend op het afstellen van mijn duesenberg mocht ik mijn ogen en oren de kost geven in deze absolute candy store. Wat een prachtige instrumenten in overvloed hier! Intussen werden mij zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk doorlopend kopjes koffie aangeboden, en na een uurtje was mijn gitaar tot in de puntjes afgesteld en geïntoneerd, frets gepolijst, gitaar gepoetst, fretboard geolied. Kortom: 10 uit 10!

You can go here for good quality beginner guitars to high end guitars for the professional! Custom guitar designs can also be discussed, from wood types to inlay, and ordered for the brands that have this in their service package. - Very enthusiastic and well-versed staff. This applies to both sellers and luthiers. - The own luthier's workshop is great for quickly helping with a problem. - Good customer service! The only downside is that (due to busy times) they occasionally fall short in providing information to the customer, for example when an order has been placed. However, if you inquire by email you will receive an answer the same day. They are also easily accessible by telephone. Whether you play guitar or collect them, this guitar shop is a must for any guitar lover. Nothing is too much for the staff. Here the customer really is king! In other words, a must visit/see guitar shop!

After I‘ve bought my first guitar at Tfoa I noticed a little Issue with the Trem. After contacting the Fellows they reacted immediately and professionally. The Issue was fixed and I‘ m very satisfied. This was my first but surely not my last Purchase!Im looking forward to visiting the Fellowship of Acoustic Store again.

I live in the US and this was my first purchase from Europe so when I received emails from UPS requesting more information before delivery it was unexpected. I contacted Laura at TFOA and she was able to answer all my questions and let me know that this is common. The guitar I purchased is exactly the high end quality instrument I was expecting. Thank you Laura and the entire TFOA team!

I am having problems with my order (s) with TFOA. I returned the first guitar I ordered (order S29030) to TFOA on Sept 9, 2024 with a label provided by TFOA. UPS in the Netherlands has informed me they have contacted TFOA and requested information that must be provided by TFOA before UPS will release the guitar to be delivered to TFOA. Until then, UPS informed me they will keep the guitar in their secure warehouse. TFOA has told me several times that they are "on it" and have provided all information needed to UPS Netherlands. However, UPS says they have NOT received the required information from TFOA to release the return for delivery to TFOA. I have a new order (S29076) that was placed with Laura on Sept 9, 2024. On that order, I will be refunded 2760.04 euros and exchange another guitar which I prefer over the first guitar I ordered and have paid for. Today is Sept 16 and I have paid TFOA over $13,000 and still don’t have my new or any idea when it will be shipped. UPS informed me on Sept 11, that they have put the guitar I returned in a secure warehouse and say it will stay there until TFOA provides the requested information to UPS in the Netherlands. I would appreciate some definitive answers from TFOA today, Monday Sept 16, as to when TFOA will provide UPS the information UPS needs so the returned guitar can be delivered to TFOA and when TFOA will issue my 2760.04 euros refund and when TFOA will ship me my guitar on order number S29076. Also, the order date on my order document for order S29076 is incorrect. It says the order date was March 29, 2024 and I placed the order with Laura on September 9, 2024. Please contact me on Monday Sept 16 to answer all of my questions/concerns noted above. Note, I will happily change my review and answer to the question, "Would you recommend us?", from No to Yes upon the prompt resolution with UPS to enable delivery of the returned guitar, issue of my refund, and the prompt delivery of my guitar order number S29076.

Purchased on Monday incl. Paypal payment. Shipping delayed to Friday, no update in between My request on Wednesday for an update was not answered. A second request was answered by Tom on Friday including an appology, but without a reasonable explanation for the delay.
