Ik bestelde een prs gigbag die op de site op voorraad was, even daarna kreeg het bericht dat er een foutje was gebeurd in hun systeem en de gigbag niet meer op voorraad was Waarvoor ze zich excuseerden. Ik kreeg de optie wachten op een nieuwe gedurende lange tijd of geld terug. Ik koos voor de 2de optie alles werd heel fijn terug betaald, zonder verdere vragen dus ik ben wel tevreden, doch minder door de gemaakte fout op hun site vandaar geen 5 sterren maar wel fijn contact gehad, Bedankt

Iedere keer is het een belevenis om alleen al de zaak binnen te komen. Natuurlijk kom je ook binnen met een wens, een hoop. Je wordt op je gemak gesteld, eerst koffie. Daarna gepaste afstand maar dichtbij. Men is geïnteresseerd in waar je naar toe wilt. Je wordt begeleid tot je uiteindelijk vol opwinding met je nieuwe aanwinst weer huiswaarts keert. Zo voelt dat !

I had bought a guitar online before, but never one so expensive. I was therefore hesistant. But the conversation with Daniel put me at ease. Feeling assured of the professionalism and good ethics at TFOA, i went ahead in faith, keeping fingers crossed on the quality and condition of the brand new lowden i was looking at. I was not disappointed when the guitar finally arrived! There are 2 minor areas for improvement: 1. I think the online staffing may sometimes be a bit short-handed. 2. Good to ask if customers want to install a strap pin. I had asked to install a pickup to yhe new guitar, but forgot that there was no strap pin at the guitar neck area. Otherwise, i would have asked to install one too. Ended up, i had to bring the guitar somewhere to get that done. But overall, a great experience!

Ordered a mandolin before going to work. At work I thought; If they have many of the same model I would like the one closest to 29mm neck. I asked in the website chat and in a few minutes the guy went and measured all the necks and found me one with 29,3mm neck. Sent me a couple of pics and asked if I thought it would be a good fit. Such a good service!

Ein Besuch bei TFOA ist immer ein Fest. Diesmal auf der Suche nach der richtigen Resonator Gitarre … Direkt nach der Ankunft spendiert der Chef persönlich einen Kaffee! Eine große Auswahl, kompetente Beratung und eine entspannte Atmosphäre, laden zum ausgiebigen ausprobieren ein. Die Entscheidung war dann ziemlich klar, eine National Resophonic RAW Steel 12 Fret musste mit nach Hause. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch, auch wenn ich dann wahrscheinlich keine Gitarre kaufen werde …

Onlangs heb ik bij TFOA mijn droomgitaar gekocht: een Martin D18 authentic 1937. Ik heb er een aantal maanden voor uit getrokken om uit te zoeken welke gitaar mijn allerbest vriend zou gaan worden. In de prachtige oude villa waar TFOA gehuisvest is, kreeg ik in alle rust de gelegenheid om alle gitaren uit te proberen. Zo fijn! Wat een rust, wat een sfeer. Alle medewerkers zijn volgens mij zwaar gitaarverslaafd, geen vraag die ze niet kunnen beantwoorden. Topzaak!
