Perfect. Just perfect

I ordered a Victory V4 Duchess amp (amazing pedal compact pedal amp, by the way) just before 10am on a Monday. By 6pm I had an email with a tracking reference, and took delivery the following day. A sturdy outer box, plenty of good padding, fast delivery, no overinflated pricing and excellent communication. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TFOA.

Fast service, guitar pedal was very well packaged.

Goed afgehandelde verkoop

Het leven is te kort om je tijd te verdoen in andere gitaarwinkels.

Zowel in de winkel als via de webshop uitstekende service. Naast de prachtige gitaren koop ik als het kan ook de accessoires bij TFOA. Altijd alles snel in huis.

Hey Jeroen! Met gitaren gaat dat niet veel beter, we sturen eigenlijk maar lukraak wat op. Laatst kreeg iemand in plaats van een Eastman een Collings, die was dan wel weer dik tevreden. Geintje natuurlijk. Wij voelen ons ook behoorlijk suf dat we tot twee keer toe het verkeerde product opsturen. In onze verdediging: Die pakjes lijken akelig veel op elkaar, hebben dezelfde kleur, dezelfde SKU en worden allemaal in dezelfde doos naar ons gestuurd.

Helemaal goed!

Ik vond The Fellowship Of Acoustics via google. Ik zocht een Acapulco Gold pedaal en dat was hier op voorraad voor een aantrekkelijke prijs. Normaal ga ik liever naar de winkel zelf maar Dedemsvaart is niet in de buurt en dus heb ik het besteld. Keurig, goed verpakt en snel geleverd. Als ik in de buurt ben van Dedemsvaart ga ik zeker een bezoekje aan de winkel brengen. Benieuwd wat dan weer aan mijn vingers blijft plakken...

Excellent shop

The Martin GPC16E arrived undamaged, even though UPS indicated that the package was destroyed (I was terrified), although the cardboard was torn, but due to the good packaging, the soft case and the guitar were undamaged. Otherwise, everything is great, the chat works flawlessly. By the way, the guitar came in 2 days, which is ultra fast. This is my second order, I bought a Squier telecaster thinline a couple of years ago, and then everything went without any problems, so I definitely recommend, a very professional approach to selling sensitive instruments
