Since you only had one instrument in stock, I asked you to save it in your warehouse while I immediately paid in order to insure the purchase. I asked you to send me the mandola only on December to Berlin since I am visiting there at that time. Due to your wonderful efficiency, it was immediately sent. Now the mandola is still packed and kept for me in the Berlin address I will be visiting, but with no ability to verify it arrived safely an that setup is satisfying. It is a pity that in your online ordering procedure you do not allow any special requests remarks. I hope when I reach Berlin on December the 15th I will fond the mandola in good condition. I hope you will agree to serve me if I entacle any problems. I don't think I will make an online order of such products in the future. I prefer human service contacts. Yaron.

De gitaar had ik in de winkel bespeeld en door de ruime ervaring van TFOA met het (wereldwijd) verzenden van gitaren had ik het vertrouwen dat hij heelhuids geleverd zou worden. Daarom meteen online besteld toen ik er budget voor had en nog geen seconde spijt gehad. Mooiste is natuurlijk om naar de fantastische winkel te gaan, maar dit is een prima tweede plaats qua ervaring.

Mijn bestelde Taylor GS mini-e koa plus werd snel en keurig afgesteld afgeleverd. Ik ben er erg tevreden mee.

Ik heb snaren besteld en had ze de volgende dag in huis. Uitstekende prijs!

Basgitaar wordt geleverd zoals omschreven: in prima staat en binnen 2 dagen in huis. Uitstekend dus!

Die Beschreibung auf der Webseite entsprach dem, was ich ein paar Tage später in den Händen hielt. Darüber hinaus: Ein protokollierter Check der Gitarre, Instrumentenpass, neue Saiten usw. Dazu ein für den Versand sicher verpacktes Instrument. Das 30 Tage Rückgaberecht hat mich insbesondere veranlasst, die Gitarre ohne vorher gespielt zu haben zu ordern. Mit der Zustellung durch UPS bin ich nicht so zufrieden. Hier sorgte die Kommunikation über den Termin der Zustelltung, die dann 4 Tage später erfolgte, eher für schlechte Laune.

Recent heb ik de Guild GSR J40 Traditional gekocht en wat is het een fenomenaal instrument. Ik ben allereerst een gitarist die vooral elektrisch speelt maar deze gitaar heeft mij weer opnieuw verliefd laten worden op het instrument, en dat terwijl ik niet snel onder de indruk ben van een akoestische gitaar. De medewerkers waren allemaal even behulpzaam en na veel wikken en wegen ben ik blij met de keuze die ik heb gemaakt. Ontzettend veel laag en body, maar niet muddy of rommelig. Voor elke gitarist een aanrader om deze winkel een keer te checken.

I first recieved a wrong product by mistske, and I needed the preamp I had ordered quickly. I contacted the client service and they found a solution so that i recieved the product the day after. Ik bestelde een stemapparaatje ter grootte v.e. luciferdoosje. Kreeg het thuisgestuurd in een doos ongeveer 2x de grootte v.e. schoenendoos. Als we de planeet willen redden moet dit soiet verpakkingswaanzin stoppen. Goed apparaatje overigens maar ik zou denken dat jullie OOK iets bijdragen aan duyrzaamheid.

The description was thorough, and pictures secure. But when it arrived, it was more than I expected. I cannot thank you guys enough. I look very forward to the next time.
