Gastvrij, deskundig en flexibel.

Kwam zonder afspraak voor onderhoud aan mijn Gibson J45. Was geen probleem. Lekker bakje koffie aangeboden gekregen en meteen geholpen. Gitaar speelt weer geweldig en klinkt weer goed.

Ryan acoustic

Quick service, great communication, some very high end guitars all fantastic until the guitar reached the UK,then UPS at this end was a nightmare to deal with which was such a shame,but got sorted and now have a stunning Ryan acoustic in my collection, thanks guys.

Jullie zijn niet goedkoop, maar zeker wel bekwaam en vriendelijk.

Ik voel me kind in een snoepwinkel als ik bij jullie op bezoek ben. Zo mooi uitgestald! En sfeervol aangekleed. Bij reparaties moet je soms wachten, maar dat is het vanwege vakmanschap en aandacht dan ook zeker waard.

Long time client of TFOA

Bought and traded many guitars with TFOA over last 15 years. Always fast and efficient. Guitars always as described on website. Not a 5 stars as sometimes set up is not completed as required.

Brilliant service as Always

Always a pleasure to deal with TFOA everyone I have encountered really cares about the customer getting what they need. This time I was buying a new lefty Mandolin and I have to say the Eastman Mandolins are a lot of Mandolin for the money. The instrument arrived very well setup and perfectly packed, Thank you once again everyone at TFOA.

I'm very happy with my beautiful new mandolin, and the set-up is working really well for me as a beginner. Thank you so much! I also appreciate the nice case the instrument came with, which I think isn’t standard for this model. Would totally recommend this shop and wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

Prachtige zaak met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Super middag gehad met 2 gitaar vrienden. Hebben op de mooiste en duurste gitaren gespeeld en zelf nog een kleine rondleiding gehad in de werkplaats.

gutes Instrument, gut beschrieben, schnell geliefert – zufrieden

Die Baritongitarre ist genau wie beschrieben und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Instrument. Die Verpackung war sehr gut, der Versand schnell. Leider waren Gitarren-Saiten (12er) aufgezogen, keine Bariton-Gitarrensaiten. – Kein Ding. Ich bin zufrieden, weil die Beschreibung und die Bilder mir geholfen haben, zu erkennen, was angeboten wird und dass dieses Instrument für meinen Bedarf/Wunsch passt. Das hat mir eine Reise in die Niederlande erspart. Somit sind Zeit und Geld durch gute Produktbeschreibung und Photos eingespart worden. Vielen Dank, ich glaube nicht, dass ich weitere Instrumente brauche, aber: Im Zweifelsfall sollte man immer bei tfoa.eu schauen.
