Tweede bestelling bij Tfoa. De levering van de versterker (Henriksen) liet wat op zich wachten maar verder prima ervaring.

Er was nog even verwarring over welke gitaar v.w.b. het uiterlijk mijn voorkeur had. UIeindelijk is het goed gekomen

The guys at Fellowship of Acoustics accepted my offer for a trade on a guitar for a pretty good deal and they've been super kind, friendly and helpful. Unfortunatley the guitar came with a shipping damage but they quickly offered me support through many choices like send the guitar back to have it repaired, a future discount, or even giving me some money back to have it fixed by myself. Never had such an open supportive customer service in my entire life..truly the best!

Schnell, freundlich zuvorkommend. Wie gesagt, es wird ein QS Check beworben, der die Gitarren prüft, bevor diese rausgehen. In meinem Fall wurde übersehen, dass ein Poti locker war und daher geschnarrt hat. Ohne Extrawerkzeug nicht zu beheben als Laie, zusätzlich muss man den Fehler erstmal finden. Wäre, hatte man den Check sauber durchgeführt, aufgefallen, das Schnarren hört man sofort beim anspielen.

Ruime keuze via overzichtelijke website. Misschien ook omdat ik niet al te ver weg woon (Groningen) is het product zeer snel geleverd. Je moet niet te veel rondstruinen op de website want er zijn zoveel prachtige instumenten en toebehoren te zien. Over de Ukelele/Mandoline stand: niks dan lof, eindelijk eentje die mijn mandoline goed vasthoudt. Verder lekker licht en zeker niet duur. Ik denk dan ik er ook maar een voor mijn viool ga bestellen.

Bestellungen, Retoure, neues auswählen. Alles wurde schnell und unkompliziert abgewickelt. Hier kaufe ich nicht zum letzten Mal!

Snel en perfect afgesteld geleverd

I was really sceptical of buying an acoustic guitar online and none of the store near me carried the one I wanted. I talked to the people at TFOA on WhatsApp mostly. They answered my questions within minutes most of the time. They took my request on the setup I wanted and delivered it as promised. Thanks, you amazing people at TFOA!!

Dit is wat mij betreft dè gitaarwinkel van Nederland. Zeer vriendelijk, kundig en professioneel. Ik geef hier met een gerust hart mijn geld uit, er wordt echt gezorgd dat je tevreden bent. Ik heb onlangs een Gibson Les Paul gekocht, geen enkele moeite werd gespaard om al mijn vragen te beantwoorden met foto’s, wegen van de gitaar etc. Toen de gitaar aankwam was er een hele kleine lakimperfectie onder de stopbar die niet was opgemerkt. Dit is ook zeer professioneel opgelost, niets meer van te zien! Samengevat, dit is de plek waar je nog echt als klant wordt behandeld met kennis van zaken.

Email mit Fragen schnell beantwortet, Wunschsaiten aufgezogen, recht gut eingestellt, dann Saiten wieder gelockert, schnell versendet. Hat alles richtig gut gepasst

Een gitaar gekocht en deze was niet goed afgesteld. Nu zou je denken waarom dan het volle aantal sterren? Dit omdat het goed opgelost is door tfoa. Ze hebben me de keuze gesteld terug zenden/ langs komen of lokaal een gitaar technicus de gitaar laten afstellen. Omdat ik een eind van de winkel vandaan woon was langskomen geen optie. Dus mijn vaste gitaar technicus geeft de gitaar juist afgesteld. En ik kon de bon declareren bij tfoa. Het gaat er dus niet om hoe er per ongeluk een gitaar de zaak verlaat die niet goed afgesteld is. Maar vooral om de wijze waarop het opgelost word.

Mijn via internet bestelde gitaarband kon niet bevestigd worden op mijn gitaar. Ik had niet goed gekeken. Het was geen probleem te retourneren. Top!
