I had an issue with an order for bass strings that were out-of-stock. TFOA tried to remedy the situation by sending me a substitute. The original order was processed and delivered very fast. Unfortunately, the substitute set of strings did not fit. After talking to them by email, I will get the ordered set of strings for free. The customer service is very responsive and friendly.

De eerste weken heb ik tijd genomen om te spelen en kijken hoe het bevalt.. Het is een geweldige aankoop., maar ik vondt de snaren te dik en had ook daardoor veel trilling in het bespelen. Ondanks dat het een westernstyle gitaar is heb ik voor mezelf een set ernie ball nylon snaren aangebracht.., waardoor klank warmer is en veel beter bespeelbaar De combinatie hout cedar en redwood en daarnaast ook de kwaliteit van materialen en afwerking. Geeft voor mij de doorslag dat het een goede aankoop is

I recently ordered two guitars from TFOA and was delighted with responsive customer service and fast shipping. Additionally, both guitars arrived perfectly set up. HOWEVER, it was very disappointing to see that one of the guitars at had some scratches/gouging on the back of the neck, right behind the 5th fret, bad enough to be noticeable when playing. The guitar was listed as "BRAND NEW" and had no disclosure of any damage prior to purchase and long distance shipping. It's difficult to buy a guitar when shipping long distance without a chance to see the guitar in person first, and so it's necessary to rely on the shop's description. Had this damage been disclosed, I would have reconsidered, and certainly interpreted the pricing differently. I reached out to TFOA to point out the damage after receiving the guitar, but didn't receive any response.

Dit is een bedrijf met liefde voor het vak, Goed en uitgebreid advies, prettig contact. Het tegenovergestelde van een dozenschuiver.

Onlangs op locatie daar een gitaar gekocht ( zoiets doe je niet online ) en mocht op mijn gemak van alles proberen om tot een goede keuze te komen. Erg prettig en deskundig geholpen. Later wel online een gitaarstandaard en voetsteun besteld die meer dan keurig verpakt is thuisbezorgd. Deze zaak is voor mij een leuke ontdekking.

I bought a beautiful instrument which arrived superfast and greatly packed. It had an small issue on the headplate but I was refunded generously and I am very happy with the instrument. The whole process from shipping to communication was extraordinary fast, friendly and professional! (And yes - I am a real customer!) Highly recommend!
