Habe - wieder mal - einen fairen Preis für eine Inzahlungnahme bekommen und die bestellte Gitarre kam schnell und sicher verpackt und war wie beschrieben!

Bisher habe ich zwei Gibsongitarren (akustik) per Versand gekauft. Sie waren gut eingestellt und haben meine Erwartung übertroffen. Ich denke, dass ich bei the Fellowship weitere Gitarren kaufen werde:)

Zum Ersten Mal in Holland bei TFOA Bestellt und war sehr Zufrieden. Ob per Telefon oder E mail alle Fragen wurden sehr schnell Beantwortet . Die Gitarre wurde auch bestens Eingestellt und war schon 2 Tage später bei mir. Den Gitarren Shop kann ich absolut weiter Empfehlen.

Online twee, voor mij bekende, elektrische gitaren besteld. Dit via de email gedaan en niet het bestelproces op hun site. En daar ging het mis. Ik kreeg met meerdere personen contact die van elkaar niet wisten wat er gezegd en beloofd was. Het koste flink wat op en neer gecommuniceer om dat in goede banen te leiden. Dat kan en moet beter! Uiteindelijk goed opgelost. Mooie winkel in een prachtig pand met aanbouw! Uitstekende service en aandacht voor de klant gebracht door medewerkers met kennis van zaken. Aanrader.

De winkel is fantastisch, men heeft daar hoge wetenschap van wat ze verkopen en je voelt je erg vrij. Alleen is het jammer dat de gitaar die ik gekocht heb best slecht afgesteld werd. Intonatie en actie waren veel beter vóór ze nieuwe snaren er op hebben gezet. Goed, dat is makkelijk op te lossen natuurlijk :) Zeker een aanrader!

Nowhere in Europe can you find instruments of this class. The customer service is excellent. The work here is very professional and trustworthy.

At the beginning of January 2024 I sent a guitar to be exchanged for one of their guitars for sale,The guitar arrives damaged, due to transport, those who receive the package in those conditions are required to immediately report what happened, they did not do so, they send me an email with photos of the damage telling me that it is a damage of 900 euros, that our negotiation cannot be successful... In the end, I paid the 900 euros for their negligence. They should have reported what happened immediately (as I requested by email) from day one. I'm not rich!

The guys at TFOA are excellent. I've bought several guitars from them and they are always quick to respond to my questions and very professional in their dealings. Highly recommended.

Was al eerder bij TFOA geweest om me te oriënteren op een goede akoestische gitaar. Tsja, met de keuze die ze hebben is het genieten. Tijdens het uitproberen werden we goed geholpen en kregen we alle ruimte. Zo hoort het wat mij betreft, maar helaas kom je dat weinig tegen. Na een maand nogmaals richting Dedemsvaart en mijn Martin D18 gekocht. Werd keurig afgesteld met nieuwe snaren.

Es ist zwar immer mit einem längeren Tagesausflug verbunden, aber es ist auch immer ein schönes Erlebnis bei euch zu sein. Man findet auch mal Instrumente die es nicht überall gibt und der Service ist einfach nur gut. Von eurem wunderschönen Gesschäft und der guten Werkstatt gar nicht zu reden. Ich habe schon einige Gitarren bei euch gekauft und wir sehen uns sicherlich wieder. ;-)
