Een van de bestelde artikelen was niet op voorraad. Ik werd hier al snel over geïnformeerd en heb een vervangend artikel toegestuurd gekregen. De communicatie hierover was prettig.

I bought a National NRP guitar 12 fret from the RAW serie at TFOA. The first delivery I had to return, because there was some issue with the neck and I couldn't fix it myself. The TFOA team made that return a very comfortable experience and reacted super fast. Here I have to give it up for Coen. The second arrived and I am speechless. what An amazing sound. You get exactly that dirty delta blues feeling you know from countless records. I just love it. But what amazed me the most. That beauty is incredibly easy to play. As soon you start playing it takes you to another place and you just can be creative. Wow thank you so much. And it is damn true. Life is too short to play a ****ty guitar.

Een taylor sense besteld om de status van mijn taylor gitaar te kunnen bekijken. De belangrijkste feature voor mij is de mogelijkheid om de batterijstatus te kunnen zien. Nooit meer een optreden waar mijn batterij uitvalt en aan de andere kant nooit meer batterijen die nog niet leeg zijn voor de zekerheid vervangen. Win-win. Snel geleverd en helemaal volgens afspraak.

I visited the shop few years ago accompanying my friend who made a good deal trading in some standard guitars for two excellent instruments. I was looking for some fresh and not quite common axe recently and after checking local shops with no luck TFOA was ultimately the next choice. I choose Baum Backwing for the absolutely stunning and out-of-the-crowd look and now I'm just waiting to collect the parcel. Contact was very pleasant and the people that helped me very straight forward. No nonsense, this is as it is. I was a bit itchy by getting a guitar deliverd without trying it first (I live quiet a distance away from FOTA) But was not necessary. Guitar was exactly as described and as the data given by the person I talked about it on the phone. After delivery I had some questions and they where answered very well and the sales people took inmediately action. Aftersales is OK too. So I can only give a big, fat, compliment about TFoA. Well done guys!!

Professioneel zoals altijd, alleen dit keer levering minder snel. Niet zoals beloofd op website.

Brilliant service, so please I used the fellowship..

I am very pleased with my order. I was suprised it was sent and delivered so fast (and it was in the holiday season).

Al eerder zaken mee gedaan. Super selle en correcte afhandeling. Helaas mijn laatst bestelde item teruggestuurd omdat het toch teveel klonk op een pedaal wat ik al had. Terugsturen is bij TFOA absoluut geen probleem. Ook dit wordt goed geregeld. Ze hebben top gitaren en gear! Echte aanrader!!

I have had sevreral guitars from TFOA via mail order and buy from the team here with absolute confidence. De bascombo waar ik naar op zoek swas hoort daarbij en Uw prijsstelling spreekt me zeer aan . Vervolgens de vlotte afhandeling , bestellen -betalen en daags daarna in goede staat via GLS kunnen ontvangen vind ik 'toppi'. Ik heb inmiddels al meerdere muzikanten uit m'n kennissenkring op de hoogte gebracht van Uw bedrijf en zal zeker in de toekomst bij U uitkomen .
