When I received my Eastman 815v mandolin I was blown away at the sound. Plays great. The Fellowship even put new strings on it and set it up at no extra charge. Most stores do not do that. It was packaged very well and arrived quickly. Great service. It's things like that that bring repeat customers. I will buy from ya'll again!

Everything went down very smooth, from the ordering to the delivery. The guitar came in a nice and sturdy packaging and the guitar itself was ready to play right out of the box - i didn't need to adjust anything. The youtube channel is fun to watch and very informative! I do not regret ordering from TFOA at all!

Ik heb online een Gibson SG Standard gekocht. Deze werd na 2 werkdagen onberispelijk verpakt geleverd. De gitaar was voorzien van nieuwe snaren en uitmuntend afgesteld. Een kleine aanpassing van mijn bestelling kon ik moeiteloos telefonisch doorgeven en ook dit is prima verwerkt. TFOA heeft een naam hoog te houden en die reputatie is dik en dik verdiend!

Bestelling is vlot geleverd, en in goede orde ontvangen.

Absolutely brilliant experience with TFOA. The guys tried out all of the models of the guitar I was interested in and narrowed it down to two. Berend then kindly did a couple of little demo videos so that I could hear them (he’s a brilliant guitarist by the way). I then ordered the guitar and it came super quickly even though it was an international delivery. Packaging was perfect. The only thing was that there was a sticker on the box advising not to open for 12 or 24 hours to let the temperature equalise. There was NO way that was happening! The guitar is brilliant and I’m really happy with it. Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. Thanks guys!

I received my eastman guitar today. What can I say ... she's beautiful and sounds like God, as I had imagined it. It's absolutely a fantastic guitar. The case is great . The delivery was punctual and the packaging was more than sufficient and without a shadow of doubt perfect for facing long transport journeys. Thank you The Fellowship .

I did a trade-in for one of their Suhrs and despite it being an international trade, they were open, clear and well organised. I couldn't be happier with the whole process, it happened smoothly, I felt like I got a great price and my new guitar is incredible (and they had one with an unusual top that I hadn't seen anywhere else). Can't recommend them enough.
