Wide choice, good expertise... maybe over busy ?
I am globally satisfied... but, as we say in French "Qui aime bien Chatie bien" (something like : when you like someone, tell him but also how he can improve).
1- Even if your chatting tool is "interesting" I had to wait a quarter or half an hour (or the next day) to get a single answer to my questions...
2- Your order process is unclear when we are dealing with selecting a shipping point : unclear where/if we are making a mistake, and no interactivity : why we cannot select the shipment access point from a list ? Finally I select one (and we aggreed on) but the guitar was delivered to an another place, 2 km far away ?
