Duidelijke omschrijving in webshop. Zorgvuldige levering

Altijd de mooiste ervaring als wij er weer eens komen. Alle ruimte en tijd om al de gitaren die je wilt te bespelen en uit te proberen. De snoepwinkel voor elke gitarist.

Makkelijk bestellen, snelle levering.

Goederen redelijk snel en in goede staat ontvangen. Al leek het product reeds geopend, want er zat onbekend "opvulsel" in de doos...? Dan rijst de vraag of dit wel degelijk een splinternieuw artikel is...? De levering door UPS liep een beetje mis. Ik had namelijk aangeduid "leveren in UPS acces point" in mijn buurt. Dit is een (computer)winkel schuin over mijn huis. Ik heb dit gekozen omdat we niet altijd thuis zijn en ik zeker wou zijn van de levering. UPS heeft daar toen de zending op dinsdag aangeboden, de sluitingsdag van deze winkel... Ik kreeg een bericht "U was er niet"...? Ik zou denken dat UPS weet wanneer hun "acces points" wél of niet geopend zijn...? Er stond dan ook (op de site van UPS) een mededeling dat de levering de volgende werkdag opnieuw zou aangeboden worden. Als ik dan verder inlogde in myUPS, dan stond er de volgende dag "geen levering gepland". U kan begrijpen dat dit voor enige ongerustheid en stress zorgde, zeker omdat het hier toch om een aanzienlijke som geld ging... Dit gezegd zijnde, toch zeer tevreden met het product en over de transactie met TFOA. Mvg Bart

snelle en accurate levering

I got the equipment but was not a new set, except the microphone boom. The rest appeared to be open box and completely used and out of original packaging. Everything works but for example the headphone cable was wrapped and tangled around it showing that it was used and you understand with health concerns when you buy a set of new equipment at last you want it clean and organized and in original packaging. A bit of a turn off, sorry.

I have never bought a guitar online. That's because, as you all knows, every acoustic instrument plays differently and must be check out personally. Fortunately, I had the occasion to play the guitar of the same series here nearby my town, so trusting both in Alhambra company and in The Fellowship Acoustic, I decided to proceed in ordering that. The main reason moved my heart in buying that guitar from The Fellowship were: 1) fast response of members 2) humanity behind words 3) a store dedicated on quality instruments 4) a laboratory with a luthier inside the shop that check guitar before being shipped 5) some videos I have seen on YouTube were guys of the shop showed instruments with passion. Last thing, I was very worried about guitar could be damaged during the shipment; I can say The Fellowship packaging is absolutely very well done. It is difficult to be damaged. In conclusion, I recommend "The Fellowship of Acoustic" to everyone wants to buy a quality instrument (it does not mean high price only). P.S. Purchased a high end guitar, but it didn't quite suit me. No hassle return, which is what's needed from a company that sells guitars on line. I've purchased several keepers from them as well.

Bought a 2nd hand Strat. Great photos of the guitar and the blemishes. Fair prices. Guitar arrived in the described condition (not standard). Weight of every guitar is mentioned (should be standard). Nice contact. Many options to pay. Fast shipping and save packing. to sum it up: This should be the selling standard of every music store.

Kijk, wanneer je een gitaar netjes afstelt voor je 'm naar je klant stuurt, heb je bij mij een streep voor. Tel daar de uitstekende communicatie bij op en je krijgt een top service. Tfoa heeft mij daarbij een top kwaliteit product gestuurd. Alles goed stevig verpakt. Niets dan lof.

Ich habe mir für meinen Mesa Boogie Express 5:50 plus neue Endröhren und eine Preamp-Röhre bestellt. Alles kam bestens und sicher verpackt bei mir an. Tadellose Wahre ! Sehr zu empfehlen!

For whatever reason, I couldn't source this guitar locally in Australia. Great website with heaps of quality photos and watching these guys on Youtube, I took the plunge. Item was shipped next day and traveled across Europe, to USA and all the way to my Queensland, Australia door in just eight days. Boxed and packed superbly, the guitar arrived in perfect shape. Best of all, she sounds amazing. Thank you.

I truly loved the all around attention I received, from the "simple" kindness to the quick answers ... even late in the evening! The setup of the instruments I purchased (Martin OM-28 and D-18, both from the Reimagined standard Series), was also superb!
