Meine neue Atkin J-43 ist neben meiner The Nineteen die Beste Gitarre die ich bisher hatte. Und nebenbei noch eine Schönheit mit einem Hauch von Aging-Flair. Das von mir gewünschte Setup wurde, bis auf eine kleine Abweichung, wirklich fast perfekt umgesetzt. Das habe ich so sonst noch nirgendwo anders erlebt. Wirklich prima zu sehen, dass es Kundenservice tatsächlich noch geben kann. Dies war mein 1. Kauf bei TFOA, aber vermutlich nicht mein Letzter. I placed an order from Germany last Wednesday at 10:15. The following Thursday at 9:59 the item arrived in Germany from the Netherlands. Fantastic. An unforeseen issue was resolved by the seller within 30 minutes by phone and email. Perfect. It couldn't be better. I'd be happy to order again. One specific guitar was my reason for my day trip on an open sunday. I spend about 4 hours comparing it with just about everything to make sure it fits, before I eventually bought it. Nobody complained, everyone was very patient with me, and Coen supported me with tips, a good price and as much coffee as I liked. Echt heel erg bedankt!

Ongedwongen uitproberen, uitstekend advies. Zo werd op mijn verzoek de actie van een gitaar ter plaatse aangepast.

Na alle vorige aankopen was dit de kers op de taart voor mij, een prachtige Gibson J-45. Ik kon kiezen uit enkele gereserveerde modellen met uitleg van de verkoper waarna ik in alle rust kon testen om uit te vinden welke mijn voorkeur had waarna tot aanschaf werd besloten. Na nog een volledige afstelbeurt en koffie tevreden huiswaarts. Wederom alle lof voor de TFOA in deze aanschaf!

Ik heb een aantal instrumenten gekocht naar volle tevredenheid. vakmanschap, vriendelijkheid en persoonlijke benadering van de mensen is geweldig. Een bezoek aan de winkel moet ik plannen vanwege de flinke afstand maar dan krijg je ook wat. Je kan kan er een hele dag ronddolen en met verbazing van het ene moois in het andere vallen. Het is niet zomaar een winkel maar een onderdompeling in de fijnste collectie topgitaren in een bijzondere ambiance van een prachtig pand. Fijn is t gezellige café ‘Dino’ (meen ik) om met een koffie of een lunch weer op adem te komen. Het is dat mijn budget beperkt is, anders zou ik na elk bezoek met een volle kofferbak gitaren huiswaarts keren.

Ging voor een Ear Trumpet Labs microfoon en kwam met iets meer naar buiten, dat is wel een beetje het ‘gevaar’ bij deze winkel. Prima geholpen, fijne mensen en lekker koffie. Makkelijk voor de deur parkeren. Kortom super.

Superservice! Vriendelijk, hulpvaardig (ik had zelf iets verkeerd gedaan bij de bestelling). Correct en snel.

Een warenhuis voor gitaren. Mannen die weten waar ze het over hebben. Goed geholpen en de Eastman E1P Bluesmaster gekocht. Nog steeds heel blij mee. Het reisje er naar toe was het zeer zeker waard.

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und kompetent. Sie fragen lieber ein Mal mehr via email und reagieren sehr zügig auf Anfragen. Die Preise sind bestens und die Verpackung hervorragend. Ich bedanke mich und komme gern wieder.

Zeer fijne Eastman E1SS Deluxe sunburst gekocht. Na op een aantal gitaren gespeelt te hebben en onze zoon zijn wensen uitsprak, zei Rudi wacht maar even, ik weet wat je moet hebben. Kwam met deze eastman en het was gelijk raak ! Bedankt Rudi ! Max speelt inmiddels "Zombie" ook.....
