Order an Eastman E1OM deluxe. I was kinda vague about the setup, but TFOA didn’t make any silly choices based on my lame input. Ordered Sunday evening and it was in my home Wednesday noon. Incredible! I chose GLS over UPS, as UPS has atrocious practices here in Denmark. I’ll actually say that the only bad vibe I got from this whole transaction was seeing that TFOA does business with UPS. I would reconsidered that choice if I ran a shop, but I am sure that TFOA knows more about dealing with UPS than I do. It’s just been a huge deal here in DK. The guitar needed way more relief in the neck, but I think that’s more on Eastman than TFOA. It was an easy adjustment and the guitar took to it beautifully. I own an Eastman t64 as well and the quality of these instruments is unbelievable. It’s insane how alike the two guitars fell considering the different type of instruments they are. I love Eastman. As to TFOA: if I’m ever considering buying another guitar online, I will immediately check if this store has it. I had high expectations for Eastman and the shop. And both exceeded them. <3

Enorm behulpzaam, deskundig en vriendelijk

In alle rust heb ik een middag kunnen rondneuzen in dit gitarenparadifs. De medewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze geven goede tips bij de selectie van een gitaar. Ook in de afhandeling (afstellen, pick-up installeren) zijn ze erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Topervaring. Complimenten voor het ruime assortiment en het deskundige en vriendelijke personeel.

Bij mijn eerste bezoek bij de fellowship hadden wij ( collega bandlid en ik) vragen over acoustic versterken via microfoon. Er werd meteen een voorstel gedaan om een opstelling te maken in het theater. We vonden de tijd te krap en stelde voor om daar een afspraak voor te maken en gingen met mijn aankoop ( 00028ec ) naar huis. Recentelijk hebben we die afspraak gehad en hebben we idd goed advies gekregen en een goede aankoop gedaan. Hele fijne "winkel" waar keje heel snel thuis voelt

Nette ontvangst in een prachtige villa, de gitaar waar ik voor kwam werd meteen opgehaald. Ik wilde er nog het een en ander bij hebben werd ook meteen geregeld

What a supreme joy it was to purchase a shiny new amp at TFOA. There was no better way to experience amp shopping: entering this beautiful store with my bandmates in tow, grabbing a sound booth, and choosing any amp I was curious about to stack up and play in their full glory side by side, with my own guitar and pedalboard. After three hours, I went home with a brand new Supro Black Magick Reverb TB, happy as a clam, and I’m still so in love with this amp, with the wonderful memory of our day at TFOA. 12 out of 10 would shop again!!

The customer care and communictaion level is excellent. I got problems with the courier company and life issues hit, but they were exceptionally patient through the the trade-in process. I got an offer right away from a wonderful price. It was a really hard deal for me, because that gitar was my teenage dream and cost an arm to get it, but finally I am pleased with my decision. Thank You so much to help me through this! The new instument is gorgeous, the ease of playability is insane, the setup is spot on and the sound is heavenly. I am utterly satisfied with my new fellow companion ont the adventure to irish traditional music. Thank you Fellas!

good service and price, fast shipping

Die Teye Super Coyote war eine gute Gitarre, aber irgendwie passte sie nicht zu mir, deshalb war die Eintauschaktion für mich ein voller Erfolg. Die Rebelrelic 58 T ist für mich einfach ein Traum, klanglich als auch optisch und von der Haptik. Vielen Dank nochmal an das ganze TFOA Team, dass alles ( Versand, Verpackung usw.) so reibungslos funktioniert hat.

goede service van zeer fijne mensen

I recently bought a Kentucky KM 1050 mandolin from TFOA and it came well set up and packaged really well. Was dispatched in a timely manner, allowing for some setup time. I would like to visit sometime when in the Netherlands again. Seems like a really good business.

Needed tuner pegs for Martin guitar. Got a detailed info on subject, recomendations on various options, and after picking one - supportive comunivation on payment and shiping.

Mijn gitaar had een onverklaarbare issue met de lacquer op de hals. Dit werd aanvankelijk door Gibson niet opgepikt onder garantie maar TFOA nam dit op zich en het werd zeer goed en attent verholpen. Compliments!

Such and experience to buy my mandoline with them. The web works perfect, the instrument had a competitive price and the set up was great. Also the solved all my doubts kindly by email and chat. Plus the sending was fast, well packed and with easy tracking. Last but not least, the instrument came with little extras which, despite simple and without real value, they converted the experience to buy with them into a beautiful act which will be kept in my memory :) Pd: the photos about the shop are so cool, it must be amazing, it would be nice to visit it someday
