I just received my Lowden S-50c. Packaging is perfect, but the most important is that I am the happiest man on earth. The team is always ready to help. I think I found a gem. I definitely just bought the best European guitar, in Europe, in one of the best guitar stores worldwide Je viens de recevoir ma Lowden S-50c. L'emballage est parfait, mais le plus important est que je suis l'homme le plus heureux de la terre. L'équipe est toujours prête à rendre service. Je crois avoir trouvé une perle rare. I'm a professional guitar player and own about 25 guitars. First time buying at The Fellowship of Acoustics and I have to tell I'm very impressed by the peoples who work in this store. I was interested by an acoustic guitar (Lowden 12 strings) they had in store, so I sent a message asking more details of this guitar, and 10 minutes after, I got an answer from Marc. I asked him if they had a video of someone plays this guitar and Marc answered to me "We don't have a video but we will do it for you today". Waouhhh !!! So, one hour after, I received an email from Tom with the Youtube link of the video he just recorded for me. Waouhhh again !!! I asked more questions in an another email and Rudi answered me in the evening at 10pm !!! So I was in a very trusty relationship with all this guys and made the order in the evening. At 11pm, an email from Rudi who told me "Thank's Arnaud and congratulations, the guitar will be send tomorrow". I received also others kind messages from Tom and Coen. I received the Lowden 2 days after and all was perfect, mint condition as described by Marc and on the web site, new strings installed on the guitar, protection behind the strings and the neck, and a very good cardboard box and packaging. Also very fast delivery ! So, this is the first time I buy at this store and probably not the last ! Thank's Rudi, Tom, Coen, and Marc (sorry if I forgot someone !) Arnaud

I cannot recommend TFOA any higher. I am 50 years old, grew up in New York City,and have bought guitars from the old Mannys and Sam Ash ust to name a few. But I will state that I have NEVER had as pleasant and satisfying experience buying guitars than I have with Rudi at TFOA. I have 4 guitars from Rudi and working with him at TFOA is not so much about purchasing an instrument, but about sharing the joy and love of music and finding a great guitar just right for you. He has an amazing selection of guitars to choose from for whatever style of music and sound you are looking for, and he will give you a very fair price. If you can, visit the shop, it is well worth it. Simply the best guitar buying experience I have ever had.

Ik heb er nu verschillende gitaren gekocht en het bijzondere van dit bedrijf is dat ze heel goed begrijpen dat voor de aanschaf van high end gitaren men graag een gitaar wil inruilen en dat kan dan ook. Voor de inruil gitaar geven ze dan ook nog echt een goede markt conforme prijs zodat je verzekerd bent van een goede deal. Ik ben erg gelukkig met mijn huidige gitaar (martin HD-28V) maar ik betrap mezelf er steeds op (en vele liefhebbers zullen dit herkennen) dat ik regelmatig toch even de site bekijk om te kijken of er nieuwe gitaren zijn en dan ook de filmpjes even check. Ik zeg steeds tegen mijn vrouw dat dit echt de laatste is maar ik ben bang dat ik uiteindelijk de verleiding weer niet kan weerstaan en dan weet ik dat ik bij TFOA terecht kan voor een goede deal en dat heet nou klantenbinding.

Im den neuen Räumen, die Mitte diesen Jahres bezogen wurden war ich noch nicht. In den alten Räumen war es manchmal etwas unübersichtlich. Ist wahrscheinlich jetzt viel besser.

To begin with, Rudi and the gals and guys at the Fellowship of Acoustics are nice, knowledgable and friendly people. Plus, they are musicians at heart which really makes such a differnece in dealing and communicating with them. I purchased a couple of instruments from this great Dutch company, none of which ever disappointed me. They make it their rule to only sell fine and dependable instruments which all come well packaged in a very short span of time between ordering and receiving. Everytime I visit their shop (so far only online, but visiting life must be the "real deal") , I'm looking in the eye of temptation: Such a fantastic supply of beautiful instruments, a lot of them vintage and in great condition. I can only praise the FoA!

I ordered a pick up for my guitar. The pick up was not in store at that moment, altohough it said so on the website. It was a long wait, but I got emails and updates all along. I felt really valued as a customer, and the service is one of the best I have recieved in all of my life. When I finally got the pick up in the mail, the box also contained serveral items for free, as a thank you and sorry for the wait. Tremendous.

I bought 2005 '51 Fender Nocaster guitar. Great player and setup. Frets were almost gone but owners apologized and gave me discount for refret job plus set of new vintage frets. I really love that Nocaster and 7,25" vintage radius. It was hard to get that kind of guitar here in Europe. I appreciate the great packing, fast shipping and communication. Guitar was awesome piece and player as well (I bought it online believing it's all good). I would definitely buy without trust issues again. Thank you!
