The greatest guitarshop in the world! And great coffee too!

In summer 2015, Rudi and his son welcomed me like a VIP : congratulations, coffee, visit of his new shop and more than two hours of test to choose my new guitar. This was not only a magic moment for me, I was ''my fantasy'' ! A great experience. I think that the TFAO offers the biggest choice of acoustic guitars in Europe. The shop and conditions of test are wonderful. For online order, the service/guaranty and help are top notch too.

He comprado varios instrumentos y a la hora de comprar, siempre sin problema.

A la hora de vender instrumentos con ellos, me encontré con bastante falta de comunicación. Después de ver que habían dejado de estar anunciados en su página web los instrumentos que vendía, tuve que insistir varias veces para que me dieran información de si estaban vendidos, cuándo tendría el dinero, etc... la verdad es que me disgusté bastante porque, así como la compra de instrumentos fué sin ningún problema, el proceso de venta fué un poco angustioso, porque no tenía noticias y las respuestas llegaban bastante después de mandar los correos. Finalmente y después de insistir bastante logré que me pagaran el importe acordado casi dos meses después de que hubiesen vendido los instrumentos (pregunté sobre el estado de la venta a primeros de noviembre, confirmándome que ya habían vendido uno de los instrumentos y conseguí que me pagaran el 31 de diciembre) y después de mandarles un correo en el que les expresaba mi más profundo disgusto e indignación por el trato que estaba recibiendo. Si alguna vez me vuelvo a plantear utilizar sus servicios, espero que hayan mejorado en este aspecto.

Ich habe bereits 5 Gitarren bei Rudi gekauft. Vier habe ich mir zusenden lassen und ein Exemplar habe ich direkt vor Ort erworben. Die Angaben, zum Allgemeinzustand der angebotenen Gitarren, die auf der Homepage angeboten werden, haben immer gestimmt. Da wird nichts beschönigt und die Instrumente, die ich erworben habe, waren alle ihr Geld wert und auch prima eingestellt. Rudi und seine Crew sind sehr freundlich, absolut vertrauenswürdig und mit einem sehr großen Sachverstand ausgestattet. Ich habe beim letzten Kauf auch zwei Gitarren an ihn abgegeben und dabei einen fairen Preis dafür erzielt. Ich kann TFOA uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freue mich auf den nächsten Gitarrenkauf bei Rudi ! Instrumentenkauf ist Vertrauenssache und bei Rudi fühle ich mich als Kunde sehr gut aufgehoben !!!
