Unbeschreiblich schön

Einfach ein toller Laden, wohl der beste in den Niederlanden, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, alles da was das Gitarrenherz begehrt, freundliche und kompetente Belegschaft und guten Kaffee

De winkel is top

De winkel is fantastisch, men heeft daar hoge wetenschap van wat ze verkopen en je voelt je erg vrij. Alleen is het jammer dat de gitaar die ik gekocht heb best slecht afgesteld werd. Intonatie en actie waren veel beter vóór ze nieuwe snaren er op hebben gezet. Goed, dat is makkelijk op te lossen natuurlijk :) Zeker een aanrader!

Tfoa is my favorite guitar shop.

Nowhere in Europe can you find instruments of this class. The customer service is excellent. The work here is very professional and trustworthy.

Loss of money

At the beginning of January 2024 I sent a guitar to be exchanged for one of their guitars for sale,The guitar arrives damaged, due to transport, those who receive the package in those conditions are required to immediately report what happened, they did not do so, they send me an email with photos of the damage telling me that it is a damage of 900 euros, that our negotiation cannot be successful... In the end, I paid the 900 euros for their negligence. They should have reported what happened immediately (as I requested by email) from day one. I'm not rich!

Hi Remo! We were also very sorry that the guitar was delivered to us with shipping damage. We emailed you about this within half an hour of the guitar arriving to us, including the photos. We then contacted the delivery company for you, and they indicated that not us, but only the shipper (you) can make a claim with them, about which we informed you immediately. Of course, that doesn't change the fact that the trade-in guitar was damaged, and you chose to have it repaired and complete the trade-in after which we sent you your new guitar. It really sucks when it happens, but unfortunately it does sometimes and we try our best to help and find solutions. We hope your claim with the shipping company will be successful and that you enjoy your new guitar! If there is anything we can still help you with, feel free to contact us.

Top class service from TFOA.

The guys at TFOA are excellent. I've bought several guitars from them and they are always quick to respond to my questions and very professional in their dealings. Highly recommended.

Heel veel keus, behulpzaam en goede service

Was al eerder bij TFOA geweest om me te oriënteren op een goede akoestische gitaar. Tsja, met de keuze die ze hebben is het genieten. Tijdens het uitproberen werden we goed geholpen en kregen we alle ruimte. Zo hoort het wat mij betreft, maar helaas kom je dat weinig tegen. Na een maand nogmaals richting Dedemsvaart en mijn Martin D18 gekocht. Werd keurig afgesteld met nieuwe snaren.

Great store, first-class instruments, best advice, very nice people

It was a very pleasant experience from the first contact to the last communication after the purchase. The selection in the store really blew me away. You're in a really good atmosphere here, everyone is very nice and courteous. Absolutely everyone is there for you at all times. I'm always happy to come back.

TFOA = Trust, perfection and customer care in every detail.

I had the utmost pleasure of trading a rare vintage guitar to a brand new PRS of my dreams. Since I’m located in Denmark and The Fellows in The Netherlands, we had to build in some extra trust in each other, in order to make this trade possible. Mit weitem Abstand mein Lieblingsgeschäft

Es ist zwar immer mit einem längeren Tagesausflug verbunden, aber es ist auch immer ein schönes Erlebnis bei euch zu sein. Man findet auch mal Instrumente die es nicht überall gibt und der Service ist einfach nur gut. Von eurem wunderschönen Gesschäft und der guten Werkstatt gar nicht zu reden. Ich habe schon einige Gitarren bei euch gekauft und wir sehen uns sicherlich wieder. ;-)

You very professional

I often visit your site, I always find magnificent tools, and above all always new tools. This means that you have a lot of choice and, above all, that you sell a lot and therefore there are always new guitars. You are also very professional from a technical point of view and every time I ask you a question you always answer promptly and accurately. You are certainly the most important site in Europe. The sites you visit in America, selling guitars, do not have an equivalent level of professionalism. Your choice of 30 days to try out a guitar, with possible refund in the event of a returned guitar, is really very important. This allows you to purchase better. Geweldige ervaringen bij jullie! TFOA is een zeer betrouwbare zaak die zeer klantgericht is. En veel geduld heeft met klanten zoals ik! Dat geldt voor alle medewerkers bij TFOA. Simply outstanding to buy from

Bought a pre-loved Lowden S23 fromTFOA. Superb experience. Super fast delivery. Great communication. The guitar arrived and despite being classified as pre-owned (excellent grading) the guitar could have been sold as new, it was that good. Superb packaging. Competitive price. Absolutely superb experience as a buyer. A++++++

Uitsteekbaar!

Tfoa is het paradijs voor de gitarist. Zeer kundige prettige mensen die je op weg helpen in dat schitterende gebouw. Ik kwam, zag en overwon en ging met een door Adrian afgestelde Gibson L 00 naar huis. Nog bedankt voor de service, koffie en vriendelijkheid!

Professional Company - Great Guitar

I am a UK resident and had been looking for a nice Lowden GL10 for some time, and found one on the TFoA site. I had not imported a personal item from the EU following that dreaded BREXIT word happened, and wasn't sure how to do this at a reasonable cost. TFoA guided my through the system - they made it really easy, and in 5 working days and absolutely no hassle the guitar was in my hands. The guitar was exactly as described (Near Mint) and set-up as I requested. Many thanks to all at TFoA for your help and for supplying me with the opposite of a Sh**ty Guitar. Mike

Super klantvriendelijk, mooi assortiment

Een van de mooiste gitaarwinkels van Nederland, prachtig assortiment. Ik ben super goed geholpen, ook nadat ik een gitaar toch heb teruggebracht na spijt. Service is dus zeer prettig, ik kom hier graag, aan te raden!
