The handling and shipping is fast. Guitar is in great condition as advertised. The guitar is well set-up and packaged, no need to worry about damage during shipping. However, while the response time is fast before purchase, no one is replying to my email after the payment. I gave instructions on shipping address before the payment, and again after placing the order, but there's still some issue. In the end I have to contact UPS to coordinate with my mailroom, which caused a little trouble.
