Their selection is second to none here in the Dutch-German border region anyway. They just know their stuff. Customer communication is excellent, friendly and fast. Only drawback: Customers have to pay the return shipping costs themselves.

Contact gehad met FSOA met de vraag welke gigbag ik het beste kon kopen voor mijn Martin 00028EC. Prima advies gehad. De gigbag van Reunion Blues kan ik iedereen aanbevelen. Hij ziet er goed uit, licht in gewicht ,maar ook erg solide. Verder voorzien van uitneembare kussentjes en voorvakken.

I asked for photos and video of the guitar and got everything promptly by email. I also asked to be delivered on a specific day and everything went perfectly well, as requested (and the instrument was very well packaged). Result, I received a very beautiful guitar that sounds wonderful and I am completely satisfied.

The guitar was fairly priced, the images and descriptions were accurate and the shipping costs very reasonable given the current situation with Covid. It was well-packaged and arrived undamaged. I'm very happy with it, and I expect to purchase from TFOA again.

TFOA customer service is 10+. Great products. International delivery costs are rather high depending on the product. I have done now multiple transactions with them and all will continue in future. Happy to be their customer.

The customer service is a new whole level. At first, I contacted through the website chat before buying a very expensive amp. They gave me all the facilities and details needed to make the purchase and get my dreamed amp. The communication during the process was just perfect and they made the shipping super fast! When the amp arrived, I noticed that it had a manufacturing defect and the personnel of TFOA just kept the perfect communication (even on Sunday) to solve the issue and make the buying experience just perfect! Now I'm waiting for a new amp since they agreed to replace it. I'd definitely buy again, best service ever!

I needed assistance before buying an expensive amplifier, i wrote a couple questions on the chat and the personnel was very kind to verify the specifications of the item. I ordered it and received two surprises as a gift. Shopper bag, tags and two nice coffee mugs. The packaging was well done and they also included an additional power cable

I recently purchased a Gibson Nick Lucas KOA Supreme from TFOA.
