I recently purchased a left handed Gibson J45 50’s in ebony. I was not looking to buy another guitar but when I saw the guitar on Reverb and it was both black and left handed I started to drool. The next question was can I afford it (not really) but could I let this chance go by (there’s the rub!). So a quick email to show my interest and ask a few questions to see if I could make it affordable and to understand tax/duties that has not been helped since we left the EU (ouch!). Following a response from Rowdy who was very clear, I really thought about this over night and woke up to realise that I needed to do a deal. Well, let me tell you, the Fellowship of Acoustic Team pulled out all the stops to reassure me I was in really good hands. Let’s not forget the people of Denmark have a reputation for being honourable and doing things in the right way. This I already know from experience. I can assure you I was not let down. Immediately I made payment, the guitar was set up to my requirements and prepared for shipping which I received in the space of just a few days. I could not believe how lucky I was to receive my new guitar which has one of the sweetest sounds I have ever heard on an acoustic. My first “Brand New” Gibson could not have been better and what a thrill it has been to receive it and a great relief that it arrived well packaged, safe and sound and I know that this guitar was meant for me. My thanks also to Coen for all his help during his involvement and for all the reassurances I had received during this purchase that have made it such a worthwhile pleasure. This has been an exceptional buying experience from an exceptional team who are totally dedicated to what they do. Would I buy from them again? Without question! Do I feel like a valued customer?
