very bad experience

Schouten does not understand international shipping ,to the USA. Instead of using DHL,or Fed ex which cause no problems in customs clearance,they used UPS which requires that a US reciever give up their social security number to a stranger at customs. In the USA where identity theft is rampant, that is a huge mistake.We are advised never to give ANYONE our SSN, one. The owner at schouton does not understand this and refused to give me a refund and recall the package. Really bad attitude. He has of yet to return my money, even though the camera was recalled back by UPS BEWARE all US buyers. avoid this seller at all costs. i have done extensive buying overseas and never had a problem like this. Shame on you Schouton."the customer is always right" is what business schools teach. Go back to school.
