Great customer experience

Ordering with Xenses, receiving the parcel and especially the packing and presentation of the ordered goods is absolutely outstanding! The "vegan leather" of one product has a bit of a plastic-feel to it, but otherwise a great product. (Maybe the expectations went up with the entire experience...)

Very happy with the purchase and service

I bought one item on the website a few weeks ago. Had to ship to China address as shipping to the UK was suspended due to Brexit related issue. To my surprise the item was delivered to China address after only 4 days. Besides, the customer service was very responsive and replied my email queries within a few hours. Very happy with the purchase and service!

Wonderful service, beautiful product

Although I’m living on the other side of the world the collar I ordered was delivered in less than a week. Even better it came beautifully packaged and with a lovely handwritten note. The product itself is absolutely gorgeous and of the highest quality - I was looking for something a bit special as a Christmas gift and it certainly is. Fascinating items - extra class professionalism.

It was my second time ordering from Xenses. Both times delivery was perfect - fast and reliable. Even now in hard times of pandemic - they demonstrated perfect job.
