I purchased a set that has been out of production for a while. Not only was the price below fair market value but the customer service throughout the process was above and beyond. From the point of purchase, through customs, and upon final delivery, the up to the minute notifications were better than most top retailers. My package arrived earlier than anticipated. The only issue, if you want to be petty, is that the box of the product had a wrinkle down the front from handling throughout the shipping process I am sure. (Not a deal breaker; this thing shipped almost 8000 miles.)

speedy service from the Netherlands to the U.S. my lego set got to me in 2.5 to 3 weeks great products even recently retired products very easy order process only issue i had is that the ordering page wants to default your shipping address and billing adress to one or the other. it wont do both. so my set got sent to my billing address and the fed ex called me for my shipping adress since they couldnt deliever to my billing address. this needs to be fixed. i for sure will shop with you all again for retired sets that are still set at retail price and not marked up into the atmosphere that other places are listing them at.

Easy ordering and fast delivery before Christmas.

We found our son a very special lego technic that wasn't either in stock at other sites, or had the price really jacked up. The price here was the set Lego price, but they actually had stock and were able to ship it! The only downside was that it got stuck in the Belgium and took a few days longer than expected to ship, so it arrived after Christmas. That may have been Fedex's fault, though. Overall great experience!

Items came fast and well packaged

They shipped it to an incorrect address which delayed the shipment to miss Christmas and the New Year. I had listed the correct address they just messed it up.

I bought this for my 7 year old grandson from his Christmas list. About broke the bank, but he had a ball putting it together. Great kit!

The cool Mario Lego products and what we paid for them was awesome. Our kids loved everything they received for Christmas! The only complaint I have is that, potentially due to being a customer in the USA, the website wouldn’t take my credit card, so we had to use PayPal and there was a conversion fee. The discounts on the legos made up for it, but it was definitely a little frustrating.

Purchased home alone Lego set for my grandson in Texas USA. Every time I wrote to them , I received a email back in minutes, they promised for Christmas and it arrived on time. Wonderful company.

We were able to find the Lego steam train and have it delivered before Christmas. We were unable to find the Lego through other merchants and were told it was on backorder until January 2023.

I was a little hesitant on buying from this company after reading a few negative reviews. However they had sets I couldn’t find anywhere else so I went ahead and ordered. I had a bit of a difficult time placing my order as I’m from the US and my bank was not approving my purchase. I did see I was able to use Klarna and purchased that way. Order went through right away. I placed an order on 11/10/22 the very next day it was ready to be shipped and I received my order 11/16/2022. Shipping was fast, my order was in perfect condition, and my son couldn’t have been happier with his sets. I plan to purchase more sets from Bricks Direct in the future.

Ordered a set 2 weeks prior to Christmas that was sold out. Got it to the US in plenty of time, before Christmas. Highly recommend.

I was optimistic in trying Bricksdirct, ordered early to allow for shipping times. My children opened their long anticipated Christmas gifts yesterday to find sealed boxed that looked like new. However, when opened, they found significant pieces were missing, so they couldn't complete the build. They also found defective parts, making the finish product weak and not functioning well. I am requesting a full refund for this product, which obviously isn't aligning with Lego standards. Please contact me.

Amazing service. Great service, price and exceptionally prompt sending product. Tried to find the item everywhere (eve on a visit to Canada/USA). This was a Christmas gift for myGrandson (at his request) and didn’t want to let him down. He loves Lego. I would highly recommend BricksDirect and will definitely use again in the future
