With less known company’s like this it’s hard to see know if your going to get the product you wanted but everything arrived on time and in perfect condition if I wanted to keep them sealed. Even arrived before other parcels from more local companies, highly recommend and will be shopping here again!

Living in the USA the Lego products available at retailers are pretty much all the same and around the same price. I discovered Bricks Direct within the last year and have been very pleased. The selection of Lego sets beats any other store (except Lego directly). Several people have asked where I have found some of the Lego sets I have purchased, because they have never seen them. Then add in the fact that Bricks Direct prices beat any price of the same Lego set I can find in USA. Finally the shipping has been stellar. All my packages arrive in the 3-5 business days and in good condition. In the end I end up with: -better product options, -better prices, and -consistent delivery times

Ordered the week of Christmas and my package was delivered to the USA 2 days before Christmas!!

Tovar mi neprišiel, kontaktovala som kuriérsku spoločnosť, tam som zistila, že tovar museli odoslať naspäť, pretože prišli dva balíky s rovnakým číslom. Nepodarilo sa im skontaktovať dodávateľa, tak bol balík odoslaný späť na adresu odosielateľa. Rovnako som sa snažila kontaktovať dodávateľa, ale nikto mi na správu neodpovedá.

When I saw how dramatically less these lego sets cost here, versus all the other retailers, I thought it had to be a scam. Well, it's not. I bought 2 different sets, the Lunar Research Base and Lunar Roving Vehicle. The Base was $43 less expensive than other sites and the Vehicle was $30 less. Both sets are perfect and have no missing pieces. Shipping was about $30 but still well worth it because it shipped so fast and the tracking information was so accurately shared.

J'ai passé une commande sur ce site avec livraison en Suisse. Les déclarations de douane ne sont pas incluses alors que le detail de la commande mentionne des taxes de 9.49 CHF. Deux semaines plus tard, j'ai reçu un avis fedex de passage de douane demandant de payer 31.80 CHF dont 22 CHF de frais de dossier. Aprés vérification des emails reçus par BricksDirect, il n'est pas fait mention que l'importation n'est pas incluse. Ce site est une anarque, car le produit m'a au final couté 25% plus cher.

Pour bricks direct tout a été parfait produit conforme très bon prix emballage correct. Mais colis confié à Chronopost et la ... la galère finalement j'ai été obligé de me déplacer pour aller chercher le colis la veille de Noël.

I ordered in the holiday rush and my package took longer than advertised to ship however customer service correctly assured me it would arrive before Christmas. Great prices and helpful, responsive customer service. I will purchase through BricksDirect again.
