I canceled my order prior to shipment. I was told I would be refunded and then the item was shipped anyway with no refund. The box was slightly damaged as well

Communication leaves a bit to be desired. I paid extra for fast shipping and my order was held for 3 or 4 days with no explanation therefore negating my "fast" shipping but otherwise good experience. Great price, great item.

I always get a good price on the LEGO sets I look for. Shipping cost to the US is reasonable and fast. I got package within 5 days. All LEGO boxes came in with good condition, no dense nor damage. I am very happy with the BricksDirect and would highly recommend this site.

Prices are competitive and they have a great selection including sets that have been recently discontinued (couple of years old). Shipped from Netherlands and arrived within 5 days. Extremely satisfied. I will order again next time I’m looking for Legos.

Product has not been received as of October 28, 2022. This is a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. I hope it gets here soon! I wouldn’t recommend you at this point since I haven’t received it yet. Package arrived!

Ordered lego from New Zealand. Processed and sent my order within 48hrs. Delivered to NZ in just over a week very happy.

Found the Lego set I was looking for and unable to find locally or at a reasonable price on the online auction sites. I was skeptical of ordering the set from BricksDirect being out of country. I took the chance anyway because the set was readily available at an unmarked-up price with shipping via FedEx. Item arrived well packaged in a reasonable length of time. Easy buying process, Great discounts, Inventory availability were all awesome! Shipping did take a little longer than expected, but with international shipping it wasn’t that bad. I will definitely use this company again for future purchases as well as recommend it to friends and family.

My overall experience was good. My only issue was that my order was delayed and the emails I received from FedEx were in Dutch, which I cannot read. I tried In vain to change it to English but could not get it to change.

Ik had er voor gekozen om mijn product thuis te laten bezorgen, aangezien ik de gehele dag thuis was en ik het pakketje dan niet lastig ergens moest ophalen. Helaas heeft de bezorger van DPD gedacht dat ik niet thuis was (de moeite niet genomen om aan te bellen) zodat ik op het einde van de dag een mailtje heb ontvangen met de mededeling dat ik niet thuis was. Hiervoor heb ik dan extra betaald. Jammer.

Received a item I didn’t order and didn’t get a item that I ordered. Customer service was great and offered to refund me on the item I didn’t receive or ship the item to me. Very satisfied with their service and will order from them in the future.
