My order arrived and looks good!

My overall experience was good. My only issue was that my order was delayed and the emails I received from FedEx were in Dutch, which I cannot read. I tried In vain to change it to English but could not get it to change.

I have not received my order and the emails I get from fedex are in Dutch. Help please!

I will Gladly change this if and when my order arrives. But right now, I can't figure out what is going on because I cannot read It. I ordered It for a birthday present and it does not look like it will make it in time.

Have not received an order and it was ordered on 10/9. Missed my grandsons birthday which was 10/24

No follow up on their own shipping. Sat waiting for pick up at your location for 8 days, didn't move till I emailed your company and asked why it had not moved? Now it is stuck again in Frankfurt DE? Fed Ex is no help at all. Please fix this!!!

Leverings problemen

Ik had er voor gekozen om mijn product thuis te laten bezorgen, aangezien ik de gehele dag thuis was en ik het pakketje dan niet lastig ergens moest ophalen. Helaas heeft de bezorger van DPD gedacht dat ik niet thuis was (de moeite niet genomen om aan te bellen) zodat ik op het einde van de dag een mailtje heb ontvangen met de mededeling dat ik niet thuis was. Hiervoor heb ik dan extra betaald. Jammer.

Vervelend dat DPD het pakket niet bij je thuis heeft bezorgd. We gaan DPD hier op aan spreken. Dit is natuurlijk niet de bedoeling. Helaas zijn wij afhankelijk van DPD en hebben wij weinig invloed op dit soort fouten van een individuele bezorger.

Received a item I didn’t order and didn’t get a item that I ordered. Customer service was great and offered to refund me on the item I didn’t receive or ship the item to me. Very satisfied with their service and will order from them in the future.

Received a item I didn’t order and didn’t get a item that I ordered. Would refund me the cost instead of just shipping me the item I ordered. Plainly their mistake. But the customer is the one not getting taken care of.

Very impressed!

Item was as described and brand new. Price point was excellent! Shipping was little expensive, but expected coming from overseas to the US. FedEx was fast however, and came earlier then predicted. Total was still about $40 cheaper than anywhere else. Great business would use again.
