I am very pleased with the speed of delivery and care they took to package my order. I haven't opened it as it is a gift for my son.

Ik kende Bricks niet maar ik ben zeer tevreden. Alles was voorradig en er werd snel geleverd. De prijzen zijn de winkelwaarde maar worden niet zomaar verhoogd zoals Bol.com doet als je zoekt en later weer. Wel zou ik adviseren boven een bepaald bedrag geen verzendkosten in rekening te brengen.

I compared the prices to numerous other vendors in the UK and for the four Lego sets I bought I saved £17 overall (and that's despite the postage costs), so well worth it. I was notified the same day that the items had been dispatched and the box arrived two days later - amazing service! Would have no hesitation in ordering again if ordering sufficient to cover the postage cost and still save. Really impressed.

This product was out of stock in NZ, we were really pleased to find it on bricks direct, the shipment was also really fast, and my son loves the lego tie fighter.

my order was delivered in good time. I also ordered 3x before and had no issues. but in my last order, upon opening the box some lego sets were already open and seals are broken, anyhow the bags were complete when inspected. but i am hoping to keep my order in sealed condition

I'm very satisfied with all the Lego-sets from the Stuntz series (sub-series of City). They provide great joy for both kids and adults. The service from BricksDirect was also very good and the products were shipped to my country (Bulgaria) within the time expected (like 4-5 days).

The LEGO set arrived with very bad damages. I have asked customer service rep to step in to create a claim with FedEx to take care the damages. However, I have not got any reply from any of the customer service rep yet.

Totally positive experience with BricksDirect! Researched prices on the internet and they beat everyone. Processessing the order went at warp speed. Order was packed carefully and the falcon flew in without a dent or tear. Great business!!

Good and fast

I was a little uncertain about purchasing through BricksDirect as I hadn’t purchased with them before, however The Lego set I was after was no longer available in store. As I was uncertain about shipment details I contacted them and had a very prompt reply, I was buying from Australia and even with the international postage costs it was cheaper to go through BricksDirect than through Australian online sellers. The set was in perfect condition and arrived quickly. 10/10
