Fijne site

The LEGO set arrived with very bad damages. I have asked customer service rep to step in to create a claim with FedEx to take care the damages. However, I have not got any reply from any of the customer service rep yet.

Totally positive experience with BricksDirect! Researched prices on the internet and they beat everyone. Processessing the order went at warp speed. Order was packed carefully and the falcon flew in without a dent or tear. Great business!!

Good and fast

I was a little uncertain about purchasing through BricksDirect as I hadn’t purchased with them before, however The Lego set I was after was no longer available in store. As I was uncertain about shipment details I contacted them and had a very prompt reply, I was buying from Australia and even with the international postage costs it was cheaper to go through BricksDirect than through Australian online sellers. The set was in perfect condition and arrived quickly. 10/10

Package received damaged and not able to return as return shipping is on customer's account (customer service agent inform this to me by email) . I am not able to understand while customer received the ordered package, which was already damaged or damaged during shipping, why should customer has to bear return shipping cost. Customer shall only bear the return shipping cost, where product is intact and customer still want to return. I started to recommend BrickDirect to many of my friends, then I stopped and inform all of them about your return policy, which is not at all support the customer's interest as this makes me extremely dissatisfied.

I bought products for CHF 105, hesitated a while to order with bricksdirect because they charge CHF 16 transport costs, which is quite unusual for online shops at this shopping volume. One product that costs CHF 10 was damaged and I got a CHF 2 reimbursement for that. OK but not much. Then the really crazy thing happened: I got a bill from fedex including "Swiss VAT 7.7% + original VAT (why on earth? why pay both EU and swiss VAT) of 20% + CHF 22 for "disbursement fees custums". I.e. I am paying another +30% on top of what I thought i was going to pay. Absolutely ludicrous. So DON'T BUY from BricksDirect when you are not in EU!!!!!!!

Bricks Direct thanks a lot of shipping my item fast and cheap compared to some sellers. Will definitely buy again soon. Looking forward for your re-stock of this item though 70917 The Ultimate Batmobile. Thanks again!
