Ihre Bestellung wird in die Schweiz versendet. Auf jeder Seite unserer Website wird unsere Adresse in den Niederlanden angezeigt. Auf der Produktseite, Warenkorb, Bestellübersicht, Bestellbestätigung und Rechnung wird erwähnt, dass die Produkte 0% Mehrwertsteuer für Länder außerhalb der Europäischen Union enthalten. Also ja, FedEx berechnet Ihnen bei der Lieferung die Schweizer Mehrwertsteuer.

Worst seller ever

I will not buy again, cause you are the worst, usually I buy a lot of lego sets from different sites, all are include shipping and handling including customs or at least they mention if not included, but you lie about it cause you didn’t mention, on the contrary, you charged me extra for picking in one day, and when I received the set I paid all charges

At least for me it is impossible to to be at home a whole day and in this case 6 days. Other supliers can inform the exact time about 1-2 hours.

Good products but delay in delivery + customs for countries outside EU

Delivery promised was within 5 days, but delivered only after 10days + was charged customs. apparently all countries outside EU have to pay customs - atleast I wasnt aware of it! Prices incl customs sum upto the same price I could them in my country.
