I was a little leery about ordering from overseas, but this has been a great experience. My order was shipped the next business day and arrived in Las Vegas NV USA 2 days later. I ordered the same item from another company 3 weeks ago and they still haven't shipped it. I will be buying all of my LEGOs from Bricks Direct from now on.

Very happy with my purchase, arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Took a while to arrive but this was the postage company's fault - when I informed BricksDirect they were very helpful and my order arrived quickly after.

Gegen die Produkte und die Preise ist nichts zusagen, aber gegen die Wahl des Lieferservice (FedEx). Dabei fiel nämlich für einen Warenwert von 137 CHF nochmals 34.35 CHF Importgebühren an. Das sind noch einmal 25% Aufpreis. Nach meiner Erfahrung fallen diese Gebühren nicht an, wenn statt Diensten wie FedEx, DHL usw. einfach die Post verwendet wird. Bei allen Lieferungen durch die Post ist in all den Jahren noch nie eine Importgebühr erhoben worden, bei den privaten Lieferdienste dagegen eigentlich immer.

I received the lego but the original packing was broken, this website is not honest about the prices, I was in contact with the customer service but it was very poor service and until today I did not receive proper feedback as asked. I am sure you can find better quality/price in other (online) stores.

Ordering from US, because the set my daughter really wanted was sold out everywhere else. Expected there to be major delay or get charged in Euros instead of US dollars or some other issue. Received the correct item promptly, in great shape, and charged the correct amount.

I ordered the Harry Potter charms class lego which is sold out in the UK. The item was delivered very fast and the item is great. The only negative us it was quite expensive for delivery

La commande est arrivée comme je l'avais choisie. Elle est arrivée aussi très rapidement, a peu près 5-6 jours avant la date de livraison prévue. Les prix sur Bricks Direct sont très compétitifs. Je pense bien commander à nouveau. Toutefois, le seul hic que j'aurai aimé savoir au début de ma commande sont les frais de douanes à payer lorsque la commande est envoyé. Je n'ai pas vu cette mention sur leur site.

An amazing variation of Lego available an we sets we couldn't get any more in the UK. I'd happily deal with them again.
