Dear kiyoh!, I haven’t received yet my order … I called today Fedex in Greece and they don’t know when It is going to be delivered.. they told me to call them back on Friday… I hope you can do something so that I receive my order before this Wednesday, because on Friday I won’t be here to receive it … and it is already a delayed Christmas present for my son … Thank you in advance!!! I ordered a Christmas present for a niece, and trusted Bricks Direct because they are a third-party seller in Amazon. Not only did my package never arrived, but they claim that FedEx delivered the package, but it was never delivered! I exchanged many emails with Mr. Roest, and was upset by their curt and patronizing tone. I am seeking reimbursement by all means possible, including Amazon and my credit card. If you want to spend lots of time litigating with a dishonest company, go ahead, and order with BricksDirect. If you would rather spend your time wisely, order from another company.

Ce colis a mis des étoiles plein les yeux à notre grand garçon de 10 ans qui a fait des bons et en a entamé la construction immédiatement. Des heures d'occupation pour les vacances. Merci Bricks Direct pour ce beau cadeau de Noël. Avec trois garçons à la maison, nous avons découvert une belle caverne d'Ali Baba pour nos prochains achats.

Very quick delivery from Europe to the US - just a few weeks before the Christmas holiday.

Perfect experience throughout the whole process, from ordering,being kept informed throughout of the delivery and the delivery. The parcel was well wrapped / boxed and the item were not damaged in any way Perfect !

I was thrilled to get my order so quickly and at a fair price. Today I opened shipping box which was in perfect condition, to find the Lego box inside with a quarter size puncture and damage all around the hole. The damage had to be obvious to whoever packaged it for shipping or maybe shipper damaged and repackaged. I did’t open Lego box to examine pieces inside & I don’t think there’s damage to the Legos but if there is, hopefully BricksDirect will make it right. My grandson ask for this specific set for Christmas. In my opinion, it should never have been shipped like it is. I will rate once we see condition of Legos.

I placed my order from the U.S. a few weeks before Christmas, during Covid - a time when all deliveries were unpredictable and taking extra-long. I was worried for all these reasons but was the service was amazing!!! I placed my online order Saturday night, and received my perfect package on Thursday. Incredibly wonderful response. I am so grateful I didn't have to disappoint my 8 year old grandson.

I was looking for a particular set for Christmas, but it was sold out on Amazon (with terribly high markups on the secondary markets). Searching the internet, Bricks Direct had it in stock and on sale, so I thought I'd give them a try. The international shipping costs were VERY reasonable, and the set came MUCH faster than I'd anticipated. I had worried that it might arrive after the holiday since I'm in America, but it ended up taking only a week-- and the packaging was great! I would definitely recommend BricksDirect and wouldn't hesitate to order from them in the future.

Når man bestiller fra en nettside med .no, og det står i kasse at det er inkludert mva så forventet man ikke å da få en regning på 325 kroner for en pakke som kostet 800. Dårlig gjort. Kundeservice er ikke til hjelp. Kan IKKE anbefale å kjøpe her, prisene ser greie ut men etter å ha betalt import blir det jo kjempedyrt.

I ordered the Lego James Bond Aston Martin set. Nowhere in the UK had it in stock, and it was more expensive here too. Bricksdirect delivered the order within two days, from overseas, a week before christmas. I am very impressed! Great job!
