Excellent service

Ordered online and items were despatched immediately. Due to worldwide shipping problems, the parcel was delayed in Australia for about a week but overall it was pretty quick getting to NZ.

No information about additional costs

I ordered the LEGO city cargo train online without thinking of the origin of the Webshop. It was showing an attractive price in CHF. As I live in Switzerland, there are some additional taxes when ordering from abroad. My wrong not doing the research. I got some additional costs so in the end the lego was more expensive as in a regular Swiss shop.

Your order was sent to Switzerland. Our address in the Netherlands is displayed on every page of our website. On the product page, shopping cart, order overview, order confirmation and invoice is mentioned that the products contain 0% VAT for countries outside the European Union. So yes, FedEx will charge you Swiss VAT at the delivery.

Box was damage no customer service

Very poor the box arrived damaged. No help at all from this seller.

This is so untrue. We had a conversation with more than 30 messages. We helped you with the claim at FedEx. But FedEx refused to refund you any amount, because the LEGO box only had one little imperfection. You can't even call this damage. You showed us pictures that you had build the set and you were complaining there was a minimal scratch on one of the LEGO bricks. We helped you getting a new one from LEGO. After FedEx didn't want to refund you anything your bank did a creditcard chargeback and you got your money back. 12 weeks later your bank decided that this chargeback was unjustly and reversed the chargeback in our favour because they agreed with us that this imperfection couldn't be called damage.

Zoll muss vom Käufer selber bezahlt werden.

Leider ist nicht sofort ersichtlich, dass die Ware vom Ausland versendet wird und die Zollrechnung seperat mit der Post kommt. Ersparnis auf dem ersten Blick. Real aber Null oder teurer. Ware und Versand i. O.

Ihre Bestellung wird in die Schweiz versendet. Auf jeder Seite unserer Website wird unsere Adresse in den Niederlanden angezeigt. Auf der Produktseite, Warenkorb, Bestellübersicht, Bestellbestätigung und Rechnung wird erwähnt, dass die Produkte 0% Mehrwertsteuer für Länder außerhalb der Europäischen Union enthalten. Also ja, FedEx berechnet Ihnen bei der Lieferung die Schweizer Mehrwertsteuer.
