Prima verpakt

Het duurde wat langer als verwacht. Blijkbaar was er mail verstuurd, die heb ik niet gehad. Verder geen probleem, prima verpakt en netjes bezorgd.

The product was great, FedEx was a letdown, they had said that they would deliver on Monday, May 31st but didn't deliver till Tuesday, June 1st. I appreciate that it's only a day late but my 11-year-old Nephew was disappointed. Having said that I would definitely purchase from you again.

avant, je ne connaissait pas votre site , donc comme tout le monde j'achetait à la Fnac ou chez dreamland. mais depuis que je vous connais waouh quelle difference de prix, de choix et surtout la rapidité et le sérieux des commandes. franchement si j'ai un conseille à donner acheter chez brick direct.

La commande a été expédiée le 16 novembre. L'acheteur choisit la livraison dans un magasin. Le magasin a été fermé en raison du verrouillage français. Colis nous a été renvoyé le 4 décembre (code de suivi DPD 05222868248170). Commande expédiée à nouveau le 17 décembre dans ce magasin. Le verrouillage français était terminé. Commande livrée sur place le 19 décembre. L'acheteur a récupéré le colis le 29 décembre (code de suivi DPD 05222868253041). Pourquoi nous blâmer d'avoir reçu votre commande après Noël? Ne choisissez pas la livraison en magasin s'il y a un verrouillage et que le deuxième envoi était prêt pour le ramassage le 19 décembre.

Thanks. Everything is very fast and well packed. Special thanks for the gift. The only drawback is that when paying, it was not indicated that the payment would be in Euro. If I knew that, I would use a different credit card with no foreign transaction fees.
