Buyer bought a used LEGO set. She complained that the box of the used LEGO set was opened. Don't buy a used LEGO set if you expect a new one.

Spent $450 USD over two orders... coming up on a month now and have not received a single LEGO... was told I would need to wait a few weeks and then 3 more weeks while the shipping company looked into the "lost package?" will update when something changes.

Two orders fully refunded and buyer has received both of his orders of $900 after two months for free. So, why do you complain? We can't do anything about the 'lost' packages of PostNL.
