I made two orders from BricksDirect. My first order was uneventful. My second order was a complete mess and a case study of how not to do online business. I placed my order on 2 January 2024. Two days later on 4 January 2024 I asked them via a message on the order page of their website to cancel my order. By that time they were still processing the order and the items were not shipped but they had taken the money from my bank account. I also sent them an email on the same day requesting cancellation of the order. I then sent another email and a second message on the order page asking them to cancel the order and confirm with me and also to reimburse the money. I received no response to my two emails and two messages. On 11 January 2024 (7 days after I requested cancellation of the order) they proceeded to ship the items. I emailed and messaged again without a response. At the moment the shipment is on its way and I don't know what to do and if I ever will receive my money back. Very disappointing. Never ordering from them again

El lego no llego para Reyes como habian acordado, 2 dias más tarde. Exactamente entre las 9-12 del día 6 de enero era lo acordado, EL DIA MAS IMPORTANTE PARA LOS NIÑOS RECIBIR SUS REGALOS. Sin notificación alguna enviaron el lego 2 dias más tarde e ignoran todos mis emails. No respuesta alguna.

Despite the Xmas rush Bricks managed to get our order too us in just 3 days. Everything packed well, no damage, price excellent. What is not to like. Will definately use again.

I tried to change the delivery address pre-Christmas, and while they were unable to do it as the order had been dispatched so quickly, someone responded to my query almost immediately, which is always welcome. As it happened, the package arrived in double-quick time anyway. Recommended!

I placed an order on Sunday, November 26th. The website promised, 'Ordered on working days before 5 p.m., same-day shipping,' and for the product I ordered, 'In stock at our supplier. Two working days longer delivery time.' However, I did not receive an order confirmation, so after six days, I started to worry if the order had been processed at all. Needing the package quickly, I decided to look for the product elsewhere and managed to find it (even at a cheaper price). On the same day, Saturday, December 2nd, I sent a cancellation request through the Order Details page's message form and via email (with the order number in the subject line). Since I had not received an order confirmation, I assumed the cancellation would go through. On December 12th, as I still hadn't received any messages, I re-sent the cancellation request via email and the form. To be honest, at this point, I was already thinking that this might be a scam, and the entire company might not even exist. Surprisingly, I then received the order confirmation in my email, and on December 13th, a message saying that the order was ready for shipment. Apparently, no one had ever read my emails or messages. Today, I picked up the order from the pickup point, and I don't know what to do with it. I would like to return the product because I don't need it, and it was quite expensive. However, I'm hesitant to send the product back because I would have to do it at my own risk, and my experience with the company and its customer service has been so poor. I understand that the end of the year is a busy time, but as a customer, I expect that promises are kept, and messages are responded to. Now, the order confirmation came 16 days after placing the order, and I received no messages throughout this time.
