Het is een grof schandaal dat wegens een defect aan de capsuleermachine mensen die een (nieuw) abonnement hebben of nemen gewoon doorgeleverd krijgen, terwijl ik, die elk half jaar voor twee personen een grote hoeveelheid tegelijk bestelt (om te voorkomen dat het product tijdens de warme zomermaanden verzonden wordt), moet wachten tot de machine weer gemaakt is. Ben ik minder klant dan degenen die zich elke 4 maanden twee doosjes laten toesturen? Het spijt me, maar zo ga je niet met klanten om. Diep triest.

This is a good product. We are lifelong veggie, and although we use a lot of raw nuts, cold pressed oils and flax oil, it became clear that DHA was probably a thing worth pursuing. The one obvious effect since staring to take it is that I sleep better.

Shipping was fast, no problems whatsoever. I haven't been taking the supplements long enough to know if they work (about 2 weeks now), but I'm pretty sure they do, my skin seems less dry.

The new packaging is just great. I hated scoring the foil and punching out the liquid caplets. If I didn't score the foil the liquid caplets had a tendency to pop open and that is a real mess. The price is very good. I encountered a problem on the shipping and processing end but customer service handled it and was very apologetic. I have had two issues with this company since they started and both were handle promptly. Problems happen. How they are handled is what matters.

The liquid caplets have a very fishy smell in the new packaging. I used another brand before this one and they had a rosemary smell.

would it be possible to reduce the plastic in this product? Do they need to be in a blister pack and could you source the least damaging packaging for the environment? Thank you
