such a tiny stamp what a waste of money

VERY PLEASED I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER MANY MORE BUT CAN'T ACCESS YOUR WEBSITE

The wording on the stamp was not what was requested and the size was so small I couldn't read it. The stamp was so small the text was illegible when stamped

Prompt efficient service - end result was a print that was slightly smaller than I had anticipated, but that was possibly my mistake.

Got exactly what I wanted! And my product of a self inking stamp has never failed me! However the website is where it’s not so perfect, not an option to view your account and doing anything on an iPhone is impossible if you have to design your own. But overall experience was good (as I had a lot of time on my hands)

Ordered two stamps 2 weeks ago still waiting for the delivery and no correspondence to say why the delay

Got the stamp i wanted and an invoice without any drama.

I ordered online and was able to browse a wide selection of stamp types, select the one I wanted and customise it, all with ease. The purchasing system is great and I was kept informed by email of the order and the payment etc.. I will definitely go back for more

I would expect with your expertise you should have pointed out that the logo I had put in my design would not print cleanly. You could have contacted me and sorted this out. Stamp received with incorrect colour ink. Took 4 days to reply to me by email about the wrong colour ink. I had to chase by phone to get it sorted.

Needed a replacement stamp. Delivered as promised, on time. Thank you.

Goods not recieved to date

The stamp hasnt arrived as yet despite the website saying things are sent out next day and confirmation of the order being sent 18th November. Its now 30th November. I have contacted them twice by email but no reply - all they need to do is to let me know what is happening - communication costs nothing

All good. A little bit pricey for what it is, but then it's a bit of a one off purchase so can live with it.

Unfortunately, one of the cogs on my stamp was broken when it arrived, it looks like it might have got crushed on its way through the post system. Perhaps more packaging is necessary. It still works though.

The order process and communications have been excellent and the stamp i have received is precisely as ordered/expected. Delivery was prompt and my additional request for a receipt was trouble free too. My only slight disappointment was that i thought i was ordering from a UK company from a .co.uk site with a UK telephone contact number. However it was a company from The Netherlands and without a UK vat registration. Not a biggie for me.

I'm extremely pleased with my rubber stamp purchase. It works well and gives good results.
