My visa was not delivered after the 72 hour promise. I emailed Sanne with worries in vane. I bought the ticket after that agreement and left without it. The police bullied for 2.5 hours and refused to give me a visa on arrival because it was pending. I paid €15 for the helpless helpdesk who closed the shop rather than give me an emergency visum as promissed. Sanne has no empathy.

Improve your website and put the promissed urgency option for SriLanka on the form.
If you promise someone an urgency visum then call him back in 15 minutes rather then closing the shop for the night.
Sack Sanne, she is is insulting and wants to be uninformed, she also does not reply to relevant questions but irrelevant ones.
