Sorry - sad experiance: the visa-link was inactive, an ERROR-message appeared. The talk with the callcenter ... nice try. to track the visa-number at the website leads to ... this number is not valid. Allways the same story: First pay - than be patient.

Am 20.12. um 19:08 beendete ich das Gespräch mit einer jungen Dame. Ihr Service, ihre Geduld und ihr Verständnis war sehr gut. Das Gespräch und die Emails davor waren nicht so...

Mehrere (=alle) zugesandten Links waren useless, weil nicht funktionierend. Das dürfte Profis nicht passieren. Besser: PDFs von erhaltenen Visas direkt an die Kunden zusenden!

Uitstekende support ivm meerdere visa gelijktijdig aanvragen.

Meerdere visa in een keer aanvragen werkt niet. Of ondersteund niet voldoende browsers. Visa voor 6 personen separaat aan moeten vragen werkt wel. Maar de e-visa zeer moeizaam te openen. Niet herkenbaar voor wie het paspoort is. Dus gokken met 6 verschillende geboortedatums.

My visa was not delivered after the 72 hour promise. I emailed Sanne with worries in vane. I bought the ticket after that agreement and left without it. The police bullied for 2.5 hours and refused to give me a visa on arrival because it was pending. I paid €15 for the helpless helpdesk who closed the shop rather than give me an emergency visum as promissed. Sanne has no empathy.

Sack Sanne, she has no empathy. Make sure you can keep your promisses when people rely on your agreements and book a flight. Read all email and respond to it. Improve your website and put the promissed urgency option for SriLanka on the form. If you promise someone an urgency visum then call him back in 15 minutes rather then closing the shop for the night. Sack Sanne, she is is insulting and wants to be uninformed, she also does not reply to relevant questions but irrelevant ones.

nachdem ich an der offiziellen Seite für das ETA Visum für Sri Lanka verzweifelt bin habe ich den Antrag über E-visums gestellt und es ging ohne Probleme und auch schnell.

I requested information to Sanne about the expected delivery time and she replied that Mary already did that(She did not) and started to explain why I had to pay extra. I sent several emails to explain that I needed to know it because I needed to book the flight. If I had gotten the visa six hours earlier I did not needed to book a new flight. When I called I heard that the time starts from the moment the money is received by Ideal and that the counting continues in the weekend and they answered my questions so that I could book the new flight. I did not get a reply to most mails and not to the questions when I would be sure to obtain the visa as to book the new flight. I think of it as unreasonable rude behavior and a very bad experience because they could answer it. I had bought two visums and even though the site reports visums it is only one. So I am still waiting for the other. Regarding the last one did the website say that I could check the 15 minutes visa for Sri Lanka and pay € 5 extra for it. It does not show on the form. Unfortunatly I could not for this visa, for I sure would have.
