Ein Wort reicht: "PERFEKT"

Alles was ich bestellt habe ist genauso wie in der Beschreibung, mehr wollte ich nicht. Das bedeutet das ich vollkommen zufrieden bin. Danke für die schnelle Lieferung obwohl es Feiertage gab dazwischen. Immer wieder gerne.

Gutes Produkt, sehr rasche Lieferung

Habe ein spezielles Produkt gekauft, dass beim Hersteller direkt durch Zoll etc. wesentlich teurer gewesen wäre. Sehr schneller Versand, dank sei der niederländischen Post.

My order was cancelled for no reason

I live in Helsinki, Finland - one of the most high-tech capitals of Europe; the post office is excellent and delivers everything on time; I even have an app that allows me to track each package. I've received shippments from all over the world, even outside the EU, and there was never any problems. For some reason, my shippment never arrived. After a more than a month of waitting, the shipment got sent back to Moquer, and I got an email telling me the order was refunded. The email said I got 'credit' so I had no idea if the money was given back to me, or if I had to spend it again via the online store - I asked for more info to customer service, and got a non-apologetic one-line reply email barely explaining anything. I had to check my bank extract to see if the money was there (it was, thank god, as I'm not going to order again)

Hello Isaque, Thank you for your review and I am sorry you have perceived it this way. It is actually quite simple what happened. We shipped your order, but it could not get delivered. Even in Finland these things can happen. Your order was received back in our warehouse, so we refunded you the money as stated in the credit invoice. A credit invoice is just documentation that confirms that you have been refunded. We actually had to pay the shipping to your location and back. Little to no communication post ordering

After ordering, there was no verification of order, no dispatch or tracking and I was ready to cancel order due to possible scam! It did eventually arrive and all was OK, but some communication needed

Produit non reçu

Le produit est indiqué arrivé dans le pays de destination, la France, depuis le 24 nov. Nous sommes le 5 décembre et je n'ai aucune nouvelle de mon colis. Je ne sais pas où il est. Je suis très mécontent de ce site et ne l'utiliserai plus ni le recommanderai.

Pas des nouvelles de mon achat

J’étais sensé de recevoir mon colis la semaine dernière, un cadeau pour dimanche que j’ai pas pu donner. Déjà il faut dire que bien que ce soit un domain .fr la société est hollandaise il que n’est pas un problème, sauf que sur leur site c’est écrit que la livraison est gratuite avec un minimum de dépense, après quand on va passer la commande y’a les frais (7€)de livraison puisque la société n’est pas en France. J’ai pas toujours reçu mon colis, il y’a pas de mis à jour sur le site de la poste ( hollandaise) et en contactant la société on le dit que ils ont envoyé le colis, mais que ils ont rien à voir avec la poste et que je dois me renseigner auprès la poste. Il faut dire que je le fais toujours livrer au travail ( un hôtel (24/24) exprès pour qu’il aille quelqu’un et jamais eu des problèmes. Très mauvaise expérience.

Bonjour, Je suis désolé d'apprendre que votre commande n'a pas encore été livrée. Sur le site Internet de LaPoste il est écrit : "Impossible de livrer en raison de circonstances extraordinaires". Il sera donc probablement livré, mais un peu plus tard. Nous sommes désolés pour tout retard et si votre commande revient dans notre entrepôt, nous procéderons bien sûr à un remboursement.
