Zou het zo weer doen

Prima afhandeling van de verkoop en bezorging. Ook na de verkoop hebben ze nog een aantal.malen contact met mij gehad om te vragen of alles in orde was en of we tevreden waren over de auto. Aftersales is heel erg goed en ze zijn echt belangstellend. Niet zomaar een checklisten afwerken, ze nemen echt de tijd voor je.

Expensive but easy and reliable

The service is reliable and makes the car-buying process easier and safer. However, the price of this service is too high. I bought my car for around 16k, but I saw it advertised on another site for 15k. That's quite a difference.

Extremely Poor Post Sale Service

The car arrived in good condition, but the problems began when I discovered some issues. I reported these issues and was advised to get a quote from the Hyundai dealership. When I received the quote, I was told to check with the dealership about the warranty. As expected, the warranty didn't cover the broken parts. When I approached them again, they redirected me to Autotrust, which handles warranties but not cases where the car was delivered with broken parts. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. It's unfortunate because the delivery and presales experience were good. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, especially expats looking for peace of mind, as I didn't find it here.

Easy and swift

I ordered my first car via Bynco. Communication was smooth. The front two tyres were worn out and they changed them for free. The car was delivered within 2 weeks from ordering and was in perfect condition. It was thoroughly cleaned from inside and outside and was exactly similar to what they had shown in the picture.

Super makkelijk en heel klantvriendelijk

Wij hadden een nieuwe auto nodig omdat mijn vrouw wegens heupproblemen niet meer in een schakelauto kon. We zaten in Frankrijk, op vakantie. We wilden een elektrische in een heel specifieke uitvoering. Al snel zag ik dat de auto's overal in Nederland zaten, van Groningen tot Zeeuws Vlaanderen. Toen zag ik Eaysy Buy. Ik was eerst nog even sceptisch, maar werd overtuigd na een aantal belletjes. Nummer 1 was voor ons dat ze de auto thuis brengen en dat je twee weken erin mag rijden al verlengde proefrit. Maar daarbij: ik merkte dat hun communicatie heel goed is. Je krijgt ze snel aan de lijn, ze antwoorden altijd snel en adequaat. Ik zat nog met de betaling, maar toen ik begreep dat ze daarvoor een ' tussenrekening' hadden vond ik het veilig genoeg. We hebben in Frankrijk een auto gekocht die bezorgd werd enkele dagen nadat we weer thuis waren. De hele ervaring vond ik top, alles klopte. Ook het inruilen van onze oude auto ging soepel. Ik vond het echt ideaal. De auto is echt super. Ik had eerst een auto van 1 jaar oud willen hebben, maar die was al verkocht. We hebben er een in de zelfde configuratie gekocht van drie jaar oud, met 20.000 op de teller. Voor mijn gevoel is deze auto helemaal nieuw. We zijn er super blij mee.

Poor and unprofessional support after our purchase with inability to solve and provide solutions

We are returning clients from 3 years ago and the service provided quality has really gone down especially for the after sales service department, therefore deserving only a half point. They are highly unprofessional with suggestions to return the car at every question we asked. The car was an imported one and this was not told to us. The car came with a particular odour and the exterior was dirty and dusty. We had various questions about the car and the after sales team was terribly reluctant to help out with these questions saying always that these are pre-owned cars and that we can return it within the 14 days of purchase. When we insisted that we had every right to ask questions about the car for our own knowledge, they kept saying again and again that these are pre-owned cars. We have no idea why they keep saying that and kept repeating that we can return the cars when questions are given to them. We have told them that those comments implies badly on their performance as agents and also show lack of confidence in their cars. It was not a pleasant experience.

Heeft alle verwachtingen overtroffen

Na veel onderzoek naar de beste aanbieder hebben wij via Autotrack online een Nissan Quashqai uit 2022 (via Nissan dealer) gekocht. Best wel spannend zonder de auto vooraf eerst gezien en geprobeerd te hebben. De doorslag was de 14 dagen omruil garantie en de zeer prettige telefonische assistentie van het Autotrack team. Na 3 weken werd de auto precies volgens afspraak thuis afgeleverd. Ook hierbij was de service en het gemak met het op naam zetten etc. perfect verzorgd. Daarnaast ziet de auto er als nieuw uit en is deze afgeleverd met een volle tank benzine en voldoet helemaal aan wat we hoopten te ontvangen. Eén week na levering werden we door de klantenservice gebeld met de vraag of alles naar wens was verlopen en of Autotrack nog ergens bij kon helpen. Al met al helemaal nergens iets op aan te merken. Wij zijn 100% tevreden.

Very satisfying

Purchased a car on Oct 2023 , driven over 11K kms till date and I am more than satisfied . Below are my experiences, • Communication, Purchase process and Delivery was super smooth and as expected • During Delivery – I noticed the car had some signs of usage and some scratches in the interior which should have been communicated earlier by Bynco .Hence the 0.5 star rating is deducted here from the rating However – I ignored it as it was a used car after all • During Delivery – Noticed no Navigation is available as advertised , contacted Bynco and was acknowledged well by them and solved by offering AppleCarplay/AndroidAuto subscription free of cost by Bynco- I am super satisfied • During usage - After 9K kms of driving , the tyres started showing cracks , contacted Bynco and they were super kind to offer me new Tyres free of cost under the “12K kms worry free “ scheme. – Again I am super satisfied. • After 11K of driving , the Car is doing well, in extremely good condition. Overall as an expat , I am very satisfied with services I have received from Bynco along with a good quality car .

I suffered alot after buying a Car from Bynco.

They delivered me a bad car and I had to return it and after returning the car I had to literally fight to get my money back. At times I felt like I wont be getting my money back. So I suggest everyone to buy the car directly from the seller after doing a test drive. Return process in Bynco is too hard. 1. The car was delivered late 2. The optical check by Bynco was not proper, there were many findings inside and outside the car which had to be fixed. 3. The second day I realised that there is huge amount of white smoke coming from the exhaust with oil like content, even the black traces were found in the road where I parked the Car 4. Small amount of smoke was seen at the bonnet as well when I opened the engine oil inlet 5. I reported these to Bynco with photos and videos and I did not get any proper response rather than they keep saying that 'the findings are sent to the partner' 6. Finally I decided to return the car, and the pick up trailer driver gave me a surprise by coming almost 3 hours earlier than they informed; and I had to run for washing and refueling the car in the middle on my office work. 7. The car was not getting deregistered from my name even after 8 to 9 days after the return, so when I call Bynco the Sales executive does not seemed like liking my call, and keep telling me to read their 'Terms and Conditions' and asked me to wait for 14 days. 8. Inbetween these waiting times I keep geting some surprises, one of their agent was telling me that their partner is not accepting the car because white smoke was there (luckily I had shooted photos and videos), and the next days the executive was complaining about the smoking smell in the Car. No idea why they are telling those to me, I am a non smoker. They were trying hard to reject my refund 9. I did not get the money even after 14 days from the return. And when I call the sales executive, she was not having any proper information 10. I had to go through alot of troubles in the following days

Worth it. Communication could be improved

I bought a car last month through Bynco so I can share my experience. They checked the car for technical things, did the registration, offer 14 days of test drive and 12 months of guarantee through BOVAG, delivered the car to my front door. I also applied for the finance of the car through their platform. So all I have to do was to pay and drive. 1 month in and I really enjoy the car. There was one problem during the process that they delayed the delivery for 2 weeks but did not clearly communicated with me, which was quite annoying. But at the end, it still go through, taking the total of around 6 weeks from when I placed the order. I would say the fee I paid for Bynco was worth all of the headache related to buying second-hand car all by myself. But their communication during the process could be improved.

Excellent process, but communication needs work

This is a super-easy way to buy a car: everything from the selection to the financing to delivery and transfer of ownership was very straightforward. The one thing they need to work on is communication: because Bynco is basically a broker, you get conflicting expectations and messages from partners who are not all working to the same script. This caused a few moments of frustration - a 10-day wait for delivery seemed particularly unreasonable; conflicting messages from the various partners in the finance process; messages from the transport firm giving two entirely different delivery times. I also think they are not clear enough about the differences between their lease offers and their used-car brokerage. They market themselves as the former, but act increasingly as the latter. But it all worked out in the end - just a little faith required! Very happy with my car.

Anything is possible until they sell you the car

Bought a car with an obvious dent and scratch marks which are obviously intentionally done. Before buying the car, Bynco explicitly confirmed the car has no such damage. I contacted their customer service, they reply that it has been noted as normal wear and tear - on a 8 month old car mind you. Be aware that despite claiming otherwise on their web site, customer service and satisfaction in not on top of priorities list at Bynco. They promise everything until they sell you the car, after that you are on your own. My recommendation is to go to a local car dealer.

Customer Services promised to fix unexpected dent and scratch but went quiet

After some communication with Bynco support, the general understanding was that they will send me a paint stick to cover a scratch and produce solutions for me to choose from to fix a large dent that I discovered while receiving the car. Car is great, nothing to complain about, but seriously regret paying the Bynco service fee if the customer service doesn't even respond. Avoid the service, just find the car through the dealership, and use the spare money to fix issue. Not worth it.

Perfect

Goede service, bereikbaarheid en kundige medewerkers. Alles verliep volgens afspraak. Enige minpuntje is dat het tijdvak van aflevering compleet anders was dan dat 3 keer per sms beloofd werd.

Excellent Communication but disappointing customer service

Car brought in was unwashed and having juice stains inside . Dirty Dashboard and dog hair all over the back seat and mat. Basic cleaning is expected. Tyre and alloy wheels were dirty, the trunk has serveral dirt marks which could be at least cleaned before delivery. Highly disappointed
