Degene die de auto kwam brengen wist niets over de opties te vertellen. Wist niet hoe het alarm uit moest en zo waren er nog een aantal zaken waar hij geen antwoord op had. Telefonisch afgesproken dat de auto gepoetst geleverd zou worden. Helaas was dit niet het geval
Goedemiddag, Vervelend te horen dat de jongen die de levering deed niet de kennis had van de auto zoals je verwacht. Wij nemen dit zeker mee in vervolgritten en leggen dan een verzoek neer bij onze partner dat zij iemand inzetten met meer autokennis. Excuses dat dit zo gelopen is. Betreffende de gepoetste auto, ik heb de ophaalapp er even bijgepakt en daar zie ik dat de auto er netjes gepoetst bij stond. Wellicht heeft het vervoer over de weg in combinatie met het weer ervoor gezorgd dat de auto er iets minder netjes uitzag. Uiteraard hopen wij dat de auto verder helemaal goed bevalt. Waar de dealer star en niet meedenkt met de klant, maakt Bynco het verschil. Korte lijnen, duidelijke communicatie en goede begeleiding. Wenselijk zou wel zijn dat Bynco meer invloed heeft op processen en daardoor minder afhankelijk is van de leverende dealer. Aflevering gedaan door een zeer vriendelijke heer, welke met enthousiasme de auto heeft mogen bezorgen. Mooie bos bloemen maken de aflevering helemaal af. 10 punten voor Bynco, geen punten voor de dealer. Immers, een klant is jouw boterham, toch?

They delivered car on time, they answered all my detailed questions very well and they arranged the missing regular service maintenance of my car so I can drive for a year without any additional costs. Their service is perfect.

M'n zoektocht naar een auto begon zoals gewoonlijk op internet en zo kwam ik ook bij Bynco terecht. Doordat je geen uren bij een dealer bezig bent met proefrit, offertes, onderhandelen etc sprak mij dit wel aan en besloot ik de stap te wagen. En lekker coronaproof natuurlijk om vanaf je telefoon een auto te kopen. Spannend was het wel, want is de auto zoals op de foto's? Ja hoor: de auto ziet er perfect uit, rijdt heel lekker en het afleveren ging snel en vlekkeloos door een vriendelijke man van Bynco. Aanrader!

OVerall experience was smooth, simple and fast. Car delivered in very good condtions. Only one small detail, one on the floor storage compartments had water which was not dried after cleaning. I had to clean that myself afterwards to prevent odors.

Auto in topstaat ontvangen op afgesproken tijdstip. Netjes op de hoogte gehouden per telefoon en snelle klantenservice. Student die auto kwam brengen was alleen wel erg kort van stof en bood weinig aanvullende informatie.

Unfortunately the car arrived with some minor damage that was not previously noted but the Bynco team was fast to react. They worked with the dealer and offered to pick up my car and have the damage fixed. The sales team even helped me get new tires on the car before it was delivered.

There were 4 different points of damage to the car that were not disclosed. At pickup, the representative pointed out that there was 1 area of damage. After a short survey I was able to identify 3 other areas which were not pointed out to me.

Top ervaring gehad met Bynco. Ik ben altijd achterdochtig ten opzichte van autoverkopers, zo ook tegenover Bynco als tussenpersoon in eerste instantie. Echter, het is een zeer goede gok gebleken om met ze in zee te gaan. De auto die geleverd werd voldeed in principe aan alle verwachtingen. Bleek tijdens de inspectie bij aflevering dat er een ventilatieklepje kapot was en dat er winterbanden op de auto zaten, maar nadat ik dat bij Bynco had gemeldt hebben ze het erg netjes opgelost. De verkopende partij heeft uiteindelijk alles in orde gemaakt na tussenkomst van Bynco. Dat is dus top service, zelfs na de 14 dagen waarin de koop nog ontbonden kon worden. Ze blijven je vooruit helpen. In direct overleg met de verkopende partij had ik dit waarschijnlijk niet voor elkaar gekregen. Ook antwoorden ze snel via verschillende kanalen en op een vriendelijke manier. Wat mij betreft boven verwachting en volgende keer koop ik zeker weer mijn auto daar!

Buying a car can be a daunting prospect, especially for those not used to the Dutch way of doing things. This is the main reason we chose to buy our car through Bynco, rather than trawling through markplatz or Facebook! We had done some research beforehand regarding what kind of vehicle we were looking to buy, but it was great that going through Bynco took care of all the hidden paperwork that goes with buying a car - registration transfer etc. Sander has been super helpful throughout the process and when we noticed some water dripping beneath the car on delivery (which fortunately only turned out to be condensation from the air co) it's great that Bynco covered the cost to get it checked out. I would also like to thank Jasper for delivering our vehicle exactly on time. :)

Waren eerst wat sceptisch om de auto via internet te kopen , is ons totaal goed bevallen, auto netjes afgeleverd en twee weken de tijd om de auto te testen en een half jaar garantie heel netjes.
