I saw 2 damages on the car which were not seen at the images published with the advertisement. There is a dense cigarette smoke inside the car which is not mentioned in advertisement.

The whole process is really smooth, it just took couple days till the car being delivered.

Goede service voor aankoop en bij aflevering van de auto zijn we correct te woord gestaan door een vriendelijke jongeman. We konden alles vragen hij ging pas weg nadat alles goed was geregeld. In de toekomst zullen wij zeker weer gebruik maken van Bynco!

I am an expat from South Africa who arrived in the Netherlands at the end of July 2020. It's been an uphill battle so far, but buying a car from Bynco was so simple and easy. They helped me to get it registered in my name at the RDW, explained how everything worked and delivered a friendly service. My new car is absolutely beautiful and was delivered in great condition. Best part of all, my delivery date was on my birthday! So thank you for making the day extra special.

The service I received from Roy and the team at Bynco was outstanding, and I couldn't offer a higher recommendation to use them if you are looking for a car. The online shopping experience was so easy, I found the exact car I wanted. It arrived in perfect condition, on time. But being an expat new to Amsterdam, I didn't think to have my e-dentifier with me to complete the transaction. No problem according to Bynco! The delivery guy drove me to ABN-AMRO to help. I was so happy to drive my car for one full week in early March, but then Coronavirus struck us all, and I had to leave the country in sudden and difficult circumstances. My beloved car was sitting in a garage in Hoofddorp unused for months, despite the fact I was still paying insurance and road taxes, when I contacted Bynco for help. Again, no problem according to Bynco! They went above and beyond to to help me find an agency to buy it back with minimal financial loss. It's of course not part of their scope of work and very uncommon for them to be able to offer this type of support, but in these special circumstances it was so kind and thoughtful and I'm forever grateful. My interaction with Bynco has been one of the positive highlights of this very weird and challenging year. And a special thanks to Roy who ensured I was supported every step of the way, from helping to translate registration documents, to reminding me to cancel my insurance. I will definitely use them to purchase my next car, and highly recommend that you do too!

Een oplevering zonder onderhoudsboekje en niet afgetankt is niet 100% score. Tanken is opgelost, onderhoudsboekje moet ik nog steeds ontvangen. Vriendelijke jongeman welke de oplevering verzorgd heeft.

Snel en gemakkelijke levering. Auto ziet er prima uit. Enkele gebruikssporen en wat beschadigingen, maar dat heb je nu eenmaal met een tweedehands auto.

Spannend om je auto online te bestellen zonder hem gezien te hebben, maar de zekerheden die Bynco biedt hadden me overtuigd om 'in het diepe te springen'. Zonder spijt: goede bereikbaarheid voor vragen en persoonlijke service werden geboden en de auto werd in goede staat met beurt, APK en wederom vriendelijke en goede service voor de deur afgeleverd. Na twee dagen 'proefritten' maken was ik er al van overtuigd dat ik de auto zou houden, maar het is fijn om te weten dat je ruim de tijd hebt om alles te bekijken en uit te proberen. Ik beveel het aan en zal voor mijn volgende occasion zeker bij Bynco kijken.

Recently I bought BMW 420d with the help of Bynco (many thanks and special regards to Sander). No-one could argue that buying a car as an expat, is full of tricks and pitfalls. However, with Bynco you can always be sure that the process of purchasing the car will go smooth from chosing the model on the website until its delivery. I would recommend Bynco to double-check the car's description on the website against the car's real features. In my case, it was mentioned that the car has front parking sensors, but they were not really there. Of course, I addressed this question to Bynco, and they escalated it to the dealer, which at the end of the day provided me with the generous offer to purchase the winter tyres with a significant discount, compensating the lack of parking sensors. Bynco is always there to help and advise.

I got all my questions answered via whatsapp support. That was very convenient. They helped me with the financing. They delivered at doorstep. I would give 4.5 start, I would deduct .5 because of below : 1. Delivered ~ 1 hr later than promised. This could have been planned better because waiting those last minutes are always hard if this happens to be first car in your life. 2. Some issue with registration of car in RDW. This is not your issue I know its system issue. 3. Communication with DTC was little bit issue because they told they will inform themselves to stop the process as I have already arranged finance myself which they agreed but still I got call from DTC. I can understand this can happen anywhere. So this .5 star less is keep improving yourself.

Wij zijn erg blij met hoe de auto rijdt en het feit dat de auto bij ons is thuisgebracht. Alles werd goed en snel afgehandeld. Door deze haast mis je echter wel wat gebreken die je op het eerste moment niet ziet. Nu we er twee dagen in gereden hebben zien wij 3 deuken die nergens vermeld stonden. twee op het dak en 1 bij de achterbumper. Dit vinden wij niet zo netjes, aangezien dit nergens vermeld heeft gestaan.

Verschrikkelijk zenuwachtig voor mijn eerste online aankoop. Wat kon ik verwachten? Een robuuste man met een oplegger? Heren in het pak? Nee , gewoon een keurig jongeman die vanuit Groningen mijn auto naar de andere kant van het land reed om deze netjes bij mij af te leveren en vervolgens duidelijk uitleg gaf over de werking van het dashboard etc. Alles verliep vlekkeloos.

The whole process was very smooth right from my initial inquiry to getting the car delivered at my doorstep. I had some initial issues with my car, but these were resolved very smoothly as well. Sander from Bynco was really helpful and patient throughout my buying process. I definitely recommend these guys for a hassle free car buying experience in Netherlands.
