Very happy with my new car and Bynco's service!

Bynco's very friendly and helpful staff helped me pick out exactly the right car. It fit my needs and my budget and I'm thrilled with the outcome. They have the best customer service and really go the extra kilometer for their customers.

Modern en overzichtelijk

I was shopping for a car when I heard about BYNCO from a friend. I already had a certain make and model in mind and luckily I found what I was looking for on that very day. Ordering process was easy and straightforward, the car was delivered on the planned date and it was very clean. Staff was friendly and the overall experience was super convenient. The only thing that I could think of as an improvement point is perhaps some introduction to the car during delivery, but to be fair I had very specific questions about that very model and I know BYNCO is not the dealer.

I bought a car from Bynco and the process was extremely smooth. Did nothing, just wait for the car to deliver! I gave 4 points because during the Corona, nobody wears a mask and they don't care of the virus, especially nowadays. The car has some dents and scratches but there was no information on the website. When you pay decent money you would expect to get all the details about the car.

Really pleased with my purchase experience from Bunco. The process was easy and the delivery was very smooth. Where I think the difference is though is in customer service. The team is always willing to help and that makes it easier as a customer

Wat een top-ervaring om online een auto aan te schaffen. Goede, duidelijke voorwaarden. Er waren wat kleine punten betreffende de geleverde auto, maar deze zijn naar behoren keurig opgelost. Ik ben heel blij met mijn "nieuwe" auto! Ander klein puntje: Bynco adverteert ook in het weekend telefonisch bereikbaar te zijn, echter is dit een boodschappendienst, die werkt namens Bynco. Acute zaken kunnen dan niet opgelost worden. Dit was mij, als klant niet helemaal duidelijk.

Goeie service en snelle afhandeling. Fijn dat je rustig de auto 2 weken kan proberen en er voor een half jaar garantie op zit.

Buying a car online for the first time, I was a bit nervous about it, however the staff at Bynco are always available to answer questions and get more info where needed so that you feel comfortable. There some minor issues on the dealer side (small delay in delivery, small chip in the windshield) however Bynco took responsibility and made sure that everything was resolved, which made me feel alot more comfortable about the whole process. Their attention to the customer experience is excellent.

Bought a new car with Bynco, the car had an issue in the bumper but the guys at Bynco immediately took care of the problem, and in no time everything was as expected. Cannot complain and definitely recommended.

Everything is fine, only the pictures on the website aren't sufficient. As the part of the touch bar, the one-button start, and the reserve camera are shown in the pictures.

Online een auto kopen is niet niks! Ik heb Bynco als professioneel, goed bereikbaar, meedenkend en vriendelijk ervaren. Zij hebben mij nuttige informatie verleend. De afhandeling van de ingeruilde auto's is zeer correct verlopen.

I found it very helpful and quick. I did, however have a concern that the information given to me was slightly incorrect as I was told I needed a certificate from the Gemeente to only be told that I don’t need in if I have my license after the fact I had paid €8 for the certificate. Other than that, the service was excellent, thank you.
