My experience with Bynco was really great and everything went very well till the end. But, i would like to mention only one thing that we expected a support during the delivery time as clearly informed during our booking. But the person who came for delivery was not showing the interest to help even though I mentioned that this was agreed. He was in a hurry mood and thus I felt not to ask the help requested. As a genuine feedback, this could have avoided to give a full 5 rating from my end. If there is delay from the dealer and thus the delivery time was impacted which is NOT the botheration of your customer. What you promised should be met. Otherwise, itz a false promise made from your end and saying excuses on this matter will not help much. Anyway, that the only negative feedback which I would like to share. Otherwise, you guys are doing really great. Thanks a lot.

I arrived in Netherlands as an expat and was totally confused on how to buy a car. I decided to go through Bynco as it had been recommended by one of my friends. My experience with Bynco was very smooth and hassle free. I didn't have to worry about anything. They took care of all the paperwork. All the people I dealt with were very polite and helpful - Sander, Roy et al. They speak English very fluently. One main advantage they offer is the 14 day test drive (it is very difficult to evaluate a car in few minutes of test drive unless you are a pro). The first car that I had bought through them wasn't to my liking. Hence, I decided to return it within 14 days and the process was very simple and prompt. They sent a person to pick up the car from my house and he completed the paperwork with the govt registration authorities and the car dealer within 5 min. I received the complete refund too within few days. I have been quite happy with the next car that I bought through them. They seem to have a thorough process of screening partner dealers so that customers have a good experience. I hadn't imagined that buying a car online would be so hassle/ risk free while being so convenient from the comfort of my home. I ordered a car and, due to a problem with the dealer, it was not available anymore. After some initial friction they jumped on the situation and help me find an alternative for a similar price.

Really easy end to end process from car selection, ordering, delivery, payment, and all essential documentation. Highly recommended for people who wants to avoid the complexity of buying a car in Netherlands.

Alles is precies gegaan zoals afgesproken. Ik wilde eerst betalen bij aflevering, maar heb uiteindelijk toch vooraf betaald. Dat is zonder problemen verlopen. Ook de tenaamstelling was direct geregeld. Ik ben erg blij met mijn Kia Picanto.

It's not easy to consider buying your new car online without a test drive, but Bynco made it easy. I felt confident because every question I asked was answered patiently, and they provide a 14 day "no questions asked" return policy. I have received my car, and it was exactly how it was described. It was important to me that there had been no smoking in the car, and I found that the car was odor-free. I would highly recommend Bynco!

Enige opmerking: ik had verwacht dat de gene die de auto kwam afleveren wat meer ervaring en kennis zou hebben op het gebied van de gekozen type auto (mini). Aangezien ik zelf ook totaal nieuw ben met mini rijden. Maar dat is voor mij persoonlijk niet zo’n probleem.

Very good service. Always available for any questions. Very flexible in terms of arranging delivery etc. Also very expat friendly to guide the buyers in terms of all the steps needed until the completion of the buy.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Every thing went smooth and they were supporting me with every step. I even contacted them one month after delivery regarding some questions about the car and the insurance and they were also very supportive. I would totally recommend them for any expat trying to buy a car in the Netherlands

The car was delivered to our home in great condition. Everything was as promised. We receved phone calls and emails explaining the process. The delivery person came on time and took the time to answer questions. I highly recommend Bynco.

Was snel zoals ik zei, de auto rijdt lekker en heeft geen problemen. Motorisch. Wel kwam ik dat de auto heeft op meerderen plekken krassen en is met witte stift overheen geverfd. Stuk of 7 plekken op spiegels bumpers en zo. Dat stond niet in de reclame. Ook zag ik aan de binnenkant diverse krassen en andere dingen. Die stonden ook niet in de reclame. Dus daarom krijgen julie vier sterren. Mvg Dusko

With the Coronavirus lock down and having just arrived from South Africa Bynco was an ideal choice in helping me find and buy a car. I was confident in Bynco's car selection process and so was happy to buy my car without having seen it or test driven it. My special thanks to Sander and Niels for their help. The were always more than willing to assist.

Ordering a car from Bynco is no different from online shopping elsewhere. Handy and Bynco will take care and guide you with simple "hows" for the administrative thingie. 14 trial days within 200km is reliable and returning is also no hassles. My suggestion to Bynco would be to arrange the car check at the partner's side earlier- like in my specifice case, I was only informed of the airco malfunction on the day of planned delivery after 2 weeks' expecting. But I still strongly recommend Bynco for their excellent service team. I'm very satisfied with my car in the end.

I was happy with the cars that were available. Best part was how easy it all was, even during Corona times. It's really helpful to have a service that allows purchasing with an international license, delivers the car, and helps you take care of registration.
