Redelijk goed

I bought a used car from Bynco and I wanted to wait atleast 1 month before leaving a review. After 1.5 months, I can confidently say that I am very happy about the experience in every aspect of the entire process - enquiry, trade-in, delivery, overall communication, after sale service/ support. I just had one small issue related to windshield wiper which had to be replaced and the costs were reimbursed by Bynco as promised. I would highly recommend Bynco!

Hoe kan het nog beter je nieuwe auto wordt voor de deur afgeleverd plus dat hij goed is nagekeken door het Bynco thiem op alle punten sowel innerlijk als uiterlijk van de auto en motorische punten hierbij van mij een 10 plus voor het Bynco thiem je zit gewoon thuis lekker op je auto te wachten Hendrik de leeuw

Nogal sceptisch van aard dacht ik eerst zien dan geloven, maar ik ben aangenaam verrast. Van aanvraag tot aflevering een super service. Ook de nazorg is geweldig. Top bedrijf. Ik ga genieten van veel veilige kilometer in mijn "nieuwe" Renault Captur. Bynco bedankt.

Bynco was really handy for me as a first time vehicle buyer in the Netherlands. Most of the other websites to buy used cars list the cars but then you have to go the dealer and check the car yourself. You also need to get the vehicle inspected by a third party. This process is not so convenient if you don't have a vehicle already with you. Bynco takes hassle away and has a 14 days(~1000 km) reflection period as well.

Car bought about two weeks ago, 400 km after. Everything was straightforward and easy, bought the car and was infromed of everything by phone and email. Since I had a driver licence of a country other than the one I reside in, the car couldnt be delivered to the home and instead to a specific location for the paperwork. Was given a 2 hour window for the car delivery. The car is in good condition and was infromed of defects in advance. The 5 year old car still had the factory battery which was a bit low and not fully charged but that is very minor. Overall very easy expirience and no problems so far.

Fijn zaken doen met bynco. Zij boden een mooie inruilprijs voor mijn auto en waren makkelijk bereikbaar voor vragen ed.

Despites the fact that I 've purchased a car that was already sold, I enjoyed the experience with Bynco. I received serious and courteous attention from all departments at the right time. I will buy again with Bynco when the time comes...

The guys are helpful and nice to interact with. Sadly there were some scratches on the paint and on one of the inner panels but nothing major.

Vanaf het bod van mijn in te ruilen auto tot en met het leveren van de nieuwe auto, zijn we fantastisch begeleid door het personeel van Bijnco. Alles wat er op internet staat is waar gemaakt. Het is zeker een aanrader om op deze manier aan een andere auto te komen. Bijnco bedankt.

Amazing support during purchase and financing processes. Whenever I called, they helped solving my issues and provided support. They delivered on the exact date and time they promised and the car was in even better condition than I expected. Definitely recommended.

-External credit providers are bad/unprofessional. They didn't know how to use the files I provided and always asked simple questions. They couldn't find the rent price in the list etc. It seems that they are not professionals and expensive. Use the other external parties or banks. - The prices mentioned on the website are not accurate. Prepare yourself for high prices. - The insurance company suggested by BynCo is too expensive and did not provide full coverage. So, the numbers are in the website need to be more accurate. - There is no way to track the car. I wanted to follow the current status of the vehicle. Where is the car, how are checkups conducted, etc. - At least the car is in good condition, clean and i liked it.

Bought a car online. Yes, it is possible via bynco. Never thought that I would buy my first car and that too online. But bynco made it possible. They delivered my dream car at my door and I am fully satisfied with my car and the service provided by bynco.

Het was voor ons spannend en in het begin ongemakkelijk om een auto ongezien en niet in proef gereden, een auto te kopen en te financieren. Je praat niet over een pakje boter wat je aanschaft. Maar de telefonische en Email contacten die we met Bynco gehad hebben gaven ons veel vertrouwen dat we een goede keuze gemaakt hebben om via Bynco en hun handelspartners een goede auto auto te kopen. De inruil onderhandelingen gingen goed we kregen een faire prijs voor onze oude auto, de nieuwe auto is netjes voor de deur afgeleverd en onze inruiler is meegenomen. We had a wonderful experience buying a car from Bynco. They helped with everything and made it very easy.

I bought cars from Bynco in 2021 and 2023. Initially I bought a VW Polo and then a BMW 2 series. The 2nd car was a trade in with the VW polo. I totally trust Bynco in delivering a good car without any defects. I found the trade in option also interesting, as the net purchase amount became very low. The pictures and details of the cars were very accurate. You get what you saw in the pictures. But most of all, they are always a call away, if you have any questions or need help. Thanks Bynco

I purchased car recently with BYNCO. A clear hassle free experience. Process ultra-clear and support execution from search to delivery is commendable.

I am the person who has actually cancelled 2 cars after booking, returned 1 car within 14 days. The best part is BYNCO didn't ask a sigle WHY. On the other hand they told me to get the var which suits you and then I got the Mazda CX5, after 14 days I was happy with the car and decided to keep it. Now in this car there was minor defects like windscreen wiper was old and some minor issues. Bynco has paid for all and I got the new wiper from nearest garages. Though I have still some minor issues like lot of scratches in the windscreen which I have to do myself but I think these can happen if you have second hand car. I have taken the 2 years warranty , hope there won't be any issues.

De auto werd op een trailer gebracht en ik kon al m’n vragen stellen over de auto, er werd ruim tijd genomen om alles rustig uit te leggen. De auto zelf zag er mooi schoon uit en als nieuw! Ook heel fijn dat ik de auto twee weken uit kan proberen. Ben zeer tevreden dus met de aflevering en de mooie auto! Ook fijn te weten dat ik altijd terecht bij Bynco kan als er wat is. Tevens heel prettig te weten dat de auto goed nagekeken werd voordat de auto werd afgeleverd en garantie heeft. Het gaf bij mij de doorslag.

Naar volle tevredenheid voor het eerst online een auto bij Bynco gekocht. Alles keurig geregeld en driedubbel bevestigd. Ze zijn goed telefonisch bereikbaar en zeer oplossingsgericht. Ik had helaas de pech om na 2 weken met pech langs de weg te staan met m'n 'nieuwe' auto. Een belletje naar Bynco en alles wordt geregeld. Zoals ze beloven valt de reparatie binnen de garantie en is er ook een leenauto geregeld. Daar wordt totaal niet moeilijk over gedaan. Dat geeft een prettig en vertrouwd gevoel. En inderdaad, ook na de levering zijn ze er voor je.
