I have used Bachflower individual remedies before and they help almost instantly but the tailor made remedy I got didn't help at all sadly.

I didn't want to put a bad review on something alot of people have faith on but this individual remedy didn't help me at all and it was very expensive as I bought the recommended 3 bottles at once - I should have bought only one.
