Because I was buying tiles for a project in the the UK, there was a customs issue. FedEx confused matters by demanding that I filled in a form about importation. The Customs authorities thought about it for a week and came back saying, 'you don't need this'. Meanwhile I was being harassed by FedEx. Eventually Customs told me that the form FedEx had asked me to fill in was completely irrelevant, and charged me about 1000 euros in customs dues, 20% of the value of the order. Then FedEx delivered a crate of tiles. There was only one young man on the van. He managed to manoevure a crate which must have weighed more than a tonne into my garden, where it remains, since it doesn't fit through the front door. There it will stay till the planned new bathroom needs to be tiled. The crate will not be opened for weeks. If, God forbid, half of them are broken, I will have a great deal to say about it, and I don't want to have left a good review out out of general good feeling.I certainly don't think that FedEx have been very careful or effective, and it will be weeks before we take the top off the container, so I don't have a view about the tiles or the condition they are in. Well, you wanted a review, since this is the second time you have emailed me to ask for one, so here is a review.

From start to finish they could not be more helpful. I have only positive things to say. I would not hesitate to order from them again!

I purchased reproduction tiles for a coffee bar backsplash and also purchased antique tiles for a fireplace surround. The tiles are beautiful and surpassed my expectations. The team at Regts was very quick to respond to all my questions and the whole experience was truly a pleasure!

We had the pleasure of visiting in person to select our tiles (this is not necessary, but it was great fun and quite educational). Lijanne understood our vision and worked her magic to create the perfect set of tiles for our kitchen project. Do not be concerned at all about having your tiles shipped from the Netherlands to the US. They are so well-packed, and all arrived free of any breakage. We have more restoration projects to do in our home, and we would not hesitate to incorporate more of these beautiful tiles.

We have bought Delft tiles in Amsterdam before but I wanted one for my husband's upcoming 70th birthday and found Regts online. The tile were easy to look though, the descriptions very detailed and clear. I chose my tile and it arrived very safely packaged and far quicker than I expected.
