Service was extremely quick. I had lost something that I really wanted to get back and after I found it on iLost the day after, I claimed it to be mine and tried to write down enough proof that it was, I got a response in about 10 minutes saying I could come pick it up.
The picking up also went pretty smoothly. I was first helped by someone who I don't think knew how the service worked, but her colleague took over and I was out of there in about 15 minutes. Definitely would recommend this to anyone who ever loses something.
SuggestionsOnly thing I could recommend is perhaps having various ''Main Pick-Up Locations''. I had now lost my thing someone quite far from home, and I know you have a delivery service too, but because most of the pick up locations are at train stations you could perhaps make it a possibility for someone to request their item be brought a bit closer to home by the train?
You could make this only possible for trains that go straight from the current location to that station, but giving a conductor in the train a bag with some of the items to leave at a different station could make it easier.
I now had to travel a total of 4 hours to and from the station to pick up this item. If it could be brought to perhaps Dordrecht (which is one of the stops on this trains route) it would save me almost an 2 hours in traveling time.
