Dear Tina, I am very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the outcome of the situation, but we have tried to do all we can to help you. Bicycle you have ordered was delivered to you directly from the manufacturer and we have asked you several times to reach out to the local bike shop to have official confirmation if there is anything faulty as like we have mentioned before we recommend all bicycles to be assembled at the professional mechanic not by yourself at home. If something happens we can then quickly resolve the issue as bike shop has expertise to make decisions how to resolve problems. If you have installed brakes and have caused damage to the bike we can't held fully responsible but even tho we have tried to help you and resolve the problem. In fact where you don't want to collaborate we can't really do anything and giving a 1* review is not fare given the fact we have never refused to help you. You obviously haven't been interested to resolve it and have taken the position to blame someone for the issue but our emails with questions still remains unanswered. We are qualified specialists and have years of experience how to resolve issues with distance, only way to do it is when all sides collaborate in finding a resolution - bad reviews does not speed it up.
