Fahrrad wurde gekauft und schnell geliefert, alles gut. Karton war auch gut, eigentlich alles gut verpackt. Leider war eine Speiche verbogen, da muss irgendwas kräftig gegen gekommen sein.
E-mail Korrespondenz war sehr kurz angebunden, sonst aber alles gut.
Wasn’t 100% sure what bike was best for me and after emailing my preferences to them I got a long email with multiple options with details explaining each option. It really showed their knowledge but also their customer service. When collecting my bike they took the time to help me pick and attach multiple accessories and gave me lots of discounts. I’ll definitely be back on my next pay day.

I arrived at the shop, which turned out to be no longer available for customers to buy a bike. But the guy who worked there helped me to understandwhat kind of bike would suit me, and immediately offered me the bike that were on the spot... which were not many. I took a test drive. I really liked the bike, and he helped me to make the purchase on the spot... So thank you very much for being so understanding and for giving me the opportunity to buy a bike straight away, despite the fact that it can only be done in the online shop.
Goeie kwaliteit kinderfiets die in aanbieding was voor €314,00 inclusief btw en afhalen. kosten voor montage kwamen er nog bij kwamen van €30,00 Achteraf op de site van Bobbin gekeken en daar was hij nog veel scherper in de aanbieding voor € 237,95 inclusief btw en verzenden en ook zonder montage Voor een fiets van een kind voelt het wel ff alsof je genaaid word. Dear Joey, I am sorry about the fact you are feeling cheated but we have no way to control what the manufacturer does with their prices. Imagine situation - we order our stock for example 3 month ago and we keep the bikes in stock, afterwards manufacturer runs sale for whatever reason, do we need to depreciate our product we have paid upfront to manufacturer and sell at a loss? I don't think that is how the market works. I am sure you sitting in our position would do the same. Our starting price for this item is lower 349Eur, we had it on sale for 314Eur but the manufacturers recommended retail price for this item listed on their website is 381.95Eur!!! With all mentioned we feel bad that we are turned into the bad ones because Europe is a free market and each seller can do what they like with their pricing but please understand that we are not willing to loose money because there is someone selling it cheaper. It is customer that makes decisions after doing their research on prices and any other reasonings. I would understand that we would promote the bike more expensive and give false price offers, then I would agree that you could feel like cheated but in this situation the ones to blame are the manufacturers that are not able to keep fixed and steady pricing policy for their own products. Die Verkäufer reagieren freundlich und zügig auf Anfragen. Leider halten sie sich jedoch nicht an ihr eigenes Werbeversprechen. Ich habe ein Fahrrad mit Nachlass erworben, unter der Bedingung, dass mir ca. fünf Tage nach der Bezahlung ein Gutschein in Höhe von 10 % des Kaufpreises ausgestellt wird, einlösbar innerhalb von sechs Monaten. Als ich höflich nachfragte, wann ich diesen Gutschein erhalte, bekam ich lediglich die Antwort: „Ich sehe keine Korrespondenz, die Ihnen ausdrücklich etwas versprochen hat.“ Das ist nicht nur enttäuschend, sondern auch irreführend. Ein Händler sollte zu seinen Zusagen stehen und nicht nachträglich abstreiten, was beworben wurde. Abgesehen davon ist das Fahrrad, das ich erworben habe – ein Schindelhauer Gustav Special Edition – absolut erstklassig und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Auch die Lieferung durch Simplebikestore erfolgte in angemessener Zeit. You have sent us the message asking for better price than advised on the website despite the original offer we had on there. We did agreed to make a better deal on it but there was never promised voucher on top of the better price. It was never promised to you as you are stating on the review, you have never touched this subject. Only after receiving the bike you came back to us with the request and we replied to you within 2h that this was never promised nor discussed and you never even replied to our last email. I assume you understand that when the tailor made offer with better price is offered then the other promotions are not valid, you did not place order by yourself online, but we sent you the manually created invoice and gave you all the details and conditions mentioning that we can't do any lower price and together with the invoice we sent following email: Hi Thomas, Please find the attached invoice for the order! You can also log into your account, go to My Orders and proceed with your preferred payment method. Good communication, fast delivery and a great range of products
I ordered a Pelago Hanko Outback and several items and accessories. Great bike, absolutely love it! Communication from SBS about delivery, delays etcetera is however not on par, if you ask me. Did not receive any email regarding the delivery of my bike, which resulted in a delivery at my demented neighbour and the parcel staying there for about 4 days until the son came around and rang up at our house. I had no idea the bike had already been delivered. So yeah, great bike and lots of stock but communication needs to be better!
Dear Luc, Thank you for sharing your experience. I am very sorry that you have had such a bad experience. The order was placed on 30th of December at almost 8PM, the bike was shipped on 2nd of January, delivered by 6th of January. I have never seen any emails from you asking about the shipment. You can always see the status updates on the website under your account. Delivery company usually gives the call to the receiver before the delivery, but since you never complained about it I can't investigate this event now because it was 3 month ago. Very sorry if it was delivered to the neighbours. Given all the facts I would not agree with the statement that there where any delays on our end. On our website from the 23rd of December until 10th of January was announcement that our support team will work with limited availability and all our orders will be shipped only after 10th of January when the whole team will be back from the holidays, but we have shipped your order during this period despite the closure. On top of that the other order you placed with us on 4th of January was shipped few days after we re-opened after Christmas holidays on 10th of January, but I want to remind that this was clearly communicated on our website that no shipments will happen during this period and we kindly asked customers to contact us if they have any time sensitive deliveries. Bought a bike that was damaged under shipping. Costumorservice were horrible and Im still having a damaged bike and no refund. Dont buy from this shop of you want the basic EU consumer rights.
Dear Mikkel, Thank you for your review. Let me clarify the situation and list the facts so the review given from you reflects the real situation. The order was placed on December 5th, which is Thursday, the order was shipped out on Tuesday, 11th of December because the store is closed on Sundays and Mondays. It was out for delivery but you where not at home on the 16th so the bike was taken into the closes depo. Therefore there are no any delays form our side in this case as mentioned. When you are collecting the order from the depo or receiving it at home it is your responsibility to check if the box is in pristine condition, if the box is damaged you should report it or refuse the shipment. Since the shipment was received without reporting the damage and you sent us the claim we looked into this and offered to ship the replacement inner tube and chain guard shortly, but you have claimed a new bike or 350Eur for the replacing inner tube, adjusting the gears and brake disc. That was not reasonable (so to speak half of the new bike price) so we asked you to bring it to the nearest bike shop for the inspection and offered to pay the service bill in full. Proof of the fact it was not reasonable is that the repair bill from the bike shop was around 100Eur not 350Eur as requested at the beginning. Not to mention the fact you did not want to cooperate with us and refused to do anything in order to get this situation to be solved so at the very late stage we did not see any reason to respond to requests that where not reasonable. We told what are the steps to solve this issue and at the end you finally did what had to be done at the very beginning to avoid this situation. I understand that the situation was not perfect but with cooperation with us you could have solved it much quicker. Simple Bike Store Team
I highly recommend this e-shop! They advised and helped me with everything. Delivery to another country was without any problems, and even though I ended up returning the goods (my own decision), they helped and advised me with everything at customer support, and everything went smoothly. So, I highly recommend this e-shop, and I will definitely be happy to shop here next time :)
