Never refunded the return
I wanted to buy two camera through the shop, one arrived damaged. The return was already a struggle but in the end we agreed on me filling out the form and sending it back, but paying for the shipping myself with the option to get it refunded once the manufacturer of the camera confirmed their fault with the defect.
The camera arrived back with the shop in February, even after several mails, reminders and so on I haven’t received any money back.
At first, a month after tracking said the camera was received back, they claimed the person responsible to handle had not been in but would take care of it soon. Another six month later my request for the refund was met with a claim that they’ve now received replacement stock and would send me a new camera. I wasn’t intrested in an exchange from the beginning, I wanted a refund. After informing them of this, they asked for my receipt of the shipping? I mailed this in as well and haven’t heard back since. So yeah, don’t buy there if you would want to return damaged/defect items. Very disappointed and I just consider it teaching money to never order there again.
