I was looking for an inexpensive bike, similar to my former favorite fix from Australia, which, unfortunately, is no longer delivered to Europe. I found this store, the price came up and visually the bike seemed suitable, although a little simpler detail. I ordered it in this store, and not in others, because the support service works well here, they immediately answered all my questions in the chat, when in other stores it took a long time to wait for an answer. In a bike, the main thing for me is that I go fast, the wheels are thin, and the bike itself is light and maneuverable, and also not overloaded with unnecessary accessories, and also without speeds that I do not like. Fix is perfect, I love its ride. All the details came safe and sound, now I get great pleasure from fast driving, as well as compliments from people around me. I am very pleased with the purchase, this bike turned out to be a very worthy replacement for my handsome Australian fix. This fix is just as good. Thank you very much for the excellent service and hassle-free delivery.

Wasn't happy with the tone and lack of helpfulness the email contact revealed after I bought the bike. When I buy a 3300€ bike I expect friendly conduct and a unboxing experience that makes me happy. Here I got a bag of mixed unlabeled spare parts with the bike. No willingness to support. I'd also expect better manuals with the bike.
Dear Jan, You have ordered a bicycle and complained that the bike came with "poor" assembly manual. We are not manufacturer of the bikes we sell - this can be claimed to the manufacturer but we can't be held accountable for the visuals of the assembly manual of the bikes as bike shops don't need users manuals to assemble the bikes. They have got their degree and they know how to do it without such things. Later you have sent us picture with all the parts and pieces that came with the bike and requested us to number them and explain which part goes where and told that the local bike shop sent you home as they did not know which part goes where. As we did not believe that the bike shop does not know where to put the front wheel brake rotor we have asked you to share the details about the shop you have visited, but you never returned our emails ever after. We haven't had problems to assist you but we believe that you did not visit the bike shop and wanted to assemble the bike yourself and did not succeed and this resulted with frustration. We have been friendly but you haven't been transparent to us about the real reasons. Rating us with 2* for the fact you refuse to assemble the bike at the bike shop is not fair against us as a seller as we have delivered bike in perfect condition and where assisting you but you did not return our emails. Der telefonische Service ist sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Es wird neben Englisch auch fließend Deutsch gesprochen. Eine vorzeitige Lieferung eines bereits lieferbaren Artikels und die Nachlieferung eines noch im Zulauf befindlichen Artikels war kein Problem.

Dear Lean, Thank you for your review. Your original claim was answered next day and we have requested additional information from you. As it was during holiday season it took little longer to get back to you by email but we have offered you a solution. We advised to visit local bike shop who could fix the issue if there where any problems with the bike. We have offered reimbursement for the labour cost if the bike shop can confirm there is defect. Since you haven't answered our last email and disappeared I assume everything has been solved and there was no problem with the bike. We strongly advise to assemble the bikes at the local bike shop to avoid situations like this as we believe bike shops has the best expertise when it comes to assembling bikes out of the box. Ik heb via Simplebikestore een Omnium Cargo Wifi gekocht voor 3200 euro, niet bepaald goedkoop dus. Ik wilde later van de koop afzien, waarbij ik in de veronderstelling was dat dit ook zou kunnen omdat ik de order via de webshop gedaan had. Helaas bleek dit niet mogelijk. Juridisch gezien zal dat vanuit het perspectief van de winkel ook kloppen, maar voor een nagelnieuwe fiets die slecht leverbaar zou zijn (en dus waarschijnlijk ook weer snel te verkopen door de winkel) vind ik dit jammer en ook niet zo netjes. Fiets is voor het overige wel netjes afgeleverd, maar wegens het ontbreken van een onderdeel wel later dan gepland, jammer. Mijn advies is zodoende om hele duidelijke (schriftelijke) afspraken te maken met de verkoper in het NEDERLANDS ipv Engels en niet via whatsapp.
Dear Steven, Thank you for your review but let me clarify this to you so that the customers that read this know the real situation. You have tested the bike at the physical bike shop on July 23rd and since then communicated with me on WhatsApp and email and told me all the items you like to have and I have made a manual invoice for you on July 26th including all the special parts and you made a bank transfer based on invoice. You made pre-payment for the bike as we told you that we want to avoid situation when we do all the work and order special parts/accessories and then it turns out you don't need it. You where still willing to proceed. At no point you can't tell that this is an online order as you haven't been able order all needed items online and it was fully custom order. Your request was to finish it before August 3rd and the bike was made ready for August 3rd but you texted on August 2nd that you won't be able to come and will collect the bike from us on August 6th. On August 6th you came to the physical shop, Martin showed you the bike, you seen it and approved it as good and rode away with it. Next day you sent the WhatsApp message that you would like to return the bike because it is too long to get into the train. I am sorry but you have tried the bike before placing an order and you went home with the bike from the shop that was made for you. You did not have any of the concerns when you purchased it and we can't accept back the bike that is built for you with all accessories and special parts/accessories and return the money. You can't return the goods purchased at the shop unless this is agreed upon. If you would request a cargo bike to be ordered for you but you are not sure if you want it we would never order it for you as we can't afford to order bikes and then get them back as you change your mind. For the future I recommend to consider all pros and cons before placing your order. You had a chance to try the product before purchasing it and we have been transparent all the way. I tried to cancel my order by filling in and sending their cancelation form. They waited 3 days to reply and only replied 10 minutes after they sent my bike out for shipping. I was told that since it's already been dispatched, I need to pay a 20% (!) restocking fee on a €1300 ordee due to "labor costs". I know many much smaller businesses and online shops that do not charge fees to return a product within 14 days. It's EU law and I feel a bit scammed to be honest. Won' t be shopping here again.
Dear Daniel, I am sorry to hear that you feel this way but you are giving wrong facts here. You have sent us the request to cancel the order on August 2nd and we have answered you next day not 3 days later as you are indicating. The bike was no longer with us but at the DHL warehouse which means that we can't simply stop the bike and return it back as logistics network does not work this way. If you don't believe us you can feel free to call DHL and discuss this matter. There was clear communication about the whole process and there where 2 scenarios - first one was for you to receive the parcel and ship it back to us or other option was that we try to pull it out of the DHL network. We explained that we have to drive to DHL depo to collect the parcel which takes time for one of employe to drive there, look for parcel and take it out of the DHL network and we simply can't do it for free and that is not common praxis. Besides DHL is not refunding the shipping fee as the bike has already been collected and was on the way. Cost was explained to you and you agreed to it. European law allows you to return the goods to us but there are terms and conditions in place and you agreed to them when placed your order and the reason for your cancelation where personal not that the product was faulty or damaged. We told clearly that if we go to DHL ourselves to collect the bike there are fees and we can't waive them. You confirmed them upfront and then you accuse us about being a scam despite the fact it has nothing to do with us. You ordered the bike and we shipped it... Eddy Simple Bike Store
Ordered a new bicycle which was no longer available in the requested size. The store contacted me fast and we eventually came to a new agreement. Great communication and service all around.
